This post office is truly unbelievable, I continue to have problems with every single package that gets put through this god forsaken USPS. I have been waiting on a package that arrived at my local post office (5 miles away) at 1:30 pm. Of course, they load the 5 deliveries for the day and nothing else so I must now wait an entire day with my package just sitting at the post office. Not only this, but I can guarantee and bet over $1,000 this package (very large) will be shoved and stuffed with the upmost effort into my mailbox, instead of walking the extra 10 feet to my porch where it won't need to be crammed into a small area and damaged like every package before it. Lastly, their phone number doesn't even go to the local post office, but the national corporate hotline so they can avoid phone calls all day until they're forced to answer one after someone is transferred waiting on hold with corporate for an hour. This is hands down the laziest post office I have seen in my entire life and there's no wonder they're going out of business to superior postal companies like FedEx. I'm convinced that the 3-4 five star reviews are either bot accounts or employees trying to make the reviews look better. Shame on all of you, especially the drivers, I will continue to fight tooth and nail in order to NEVER get USPS again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Walked out to my mailbox and saw this. The Plain City post office must be run by clowns. This is the second time in two weeks we’ve had packages crammed into our mailbox that were clearly too big for the box.

Have been getting continually worse! I went to the Post Office to explain that I have had 4 Packaged that were not delivered. I continued to explain that I am not getting my mail and receiving various neighbors mail only to get more mail that doesn't belong to me for the next three days. Hope they can get things figured out... Frustrating to say the least. ...... I wish there was a half star I could give. When you voice a complaint they act like they don't care. Very Poor!

We consistently receive mail that is not ours. I try not to think about how many items of my mail have been mis-delivered to the wrong address and have never been returned to me. My biggest complaint, however, is the regularity with which our postal carriers decide that they are just not going to deliver my Amazon packages, even though they have the packages in their possession and they are scheduled for delivery that day. What they do is they scan a FRAUDULENT CODE (meaning they lie) on my package so that they get away with not delivering it. They have claimed that I am a business that was closed (it is my house), that they had no access to the property (we are not a gated or otherwise restricted community), that they had no access to a mailbox, and the list goes on and on. My question is this: when an employee of a federal agency (USPS) deliberately and purposefully scans my mail with the wrong code just so they don’t have to walk my package up to the door, shouldn’t they be disciplined for tampering with the mail? And isn’t that a crime? Can people please just do their jobs and take responsibility for their actions and use their energy to do things well rather than trying to find ways of getting out of doing what they’re required to do???? Is it really that difficult? Really?!

Arrived with 10 minutes till closed, because I got out of work late. Lady was a bit rude, also said they close in five minutes. Didnt want to help.

They will not deliver parcels. God forbid you turn into a driveway or even just chuck the box out the window. This is tiring. Last year I had Amazon cancel an order only to find out three months later it was sitting in Plain City post office. The lazy imbeciles couldn't even be bothered to receive the parcel. FOR THREE FING MONTHS!!!!!!!! Plus one star for at least notifying me that there is no bounds to your incompetence today.

I had the most awesome experience with this post office and this is why... I ordered something on Amazon and I don’t received my packages, my packages were lost, because I messed up wirh key from post box, and the mailman found my package and deliverd to me again. I am really appreciate your service and recommend this post office for every one.

I've had decent experiences in the office (decent deserving the second star, but not great), but we've consistently had packages not delivered due to bogus reasons which makes me think the delivery person just doesn't want to get out of their truck. Today was the last straw with a slip left noting our package couldn't be delivered due to a driveway blockage, which is invalidated by our security camera showing an open drive. This seems to be a common complaint in the community.
