“Mina went above and beyond to help me on Tuesday last week (11/7). I had dropped off my car at a mechanic, and I had called to reserve a car with a competitor, only to find out not only had their reservation team failed to make my reservation but they had no cars. I had rented from this location before, and I called ahead to make sure they had a vehicle. Mina answered the phone and told me she would wait for me, even though I would be a bit late. “I rented a 10' truck and appliance dolly. When I arrived, the truck was ready to go but there was no dolly. At this point, the dolly was critical since in needed to move heavy washer/dryer up and down stairs. The staff did a great job finding what I needed. Excellent customer service doesn't come from everything always being perfect, it comes from a crew that really cares about the customer and can fix problems when they arrive. This business is outstanding.”
