Let’s start off by informing everyone that this business has changed hands in the past year or so! Use a different shop!The upholsterer talks a good game and seems to have decent knowledge of the craft, but that is where the good ends!! He lies constantly about the progress being made after he has gone past the expected completion date. He will not contact the customer for any reason.After a 1 1/2 week completion time had passed and it was 2 weeks, I called him and was informed that my job would be completed by early the next week. This happened 2 more times, on one of the conversations I asked for pictures of the progress be sent so I could see that we were moving forward. I never got pictures, but was yet again was told no later then the next Wednesday (it was Friday). So when Wednesday came and went and still ok call I stopped I. The shop to see for myself self. This is when I found that he had only disassembled my project and scattered it about his shop into many piles. I decided at this point that it was time for me to move on, and took my project.Service: Upholstery installation

I don't know why they keep insisting I rate a place I called, but so be it. I called during business hours, I got an answering machine. I did leave a message and phone number as instructed and no one ever called me back. So according to your star ratings I would say I disliked my I traction with top stitch upholstery.

I just wanted to take a moment and share my experiences with Joe and with Top Stitch Upholstery.I was looking for someone to re-create the seats and covers for a 1991 Oldsmobile Trofeo. I wasn't looking for someone to just sew in a panel or fix a tear, I was looking for someone to completely re-create the seats as if they were new right from the factory. Joe came through with flying colors.This was a very complex job, and I would imagine labor-intensive. The comparison between the old and the new seats was indistinguishable. Joe was even able to do the perforated center inserts. This is a perforated pattern that was only used in a few cars made by GM. When I originally set out on this project I figured that I would end up with something that was close but; not original. Joe was able to match the pattern and re-create it perfectly. It's not a close match; it’s an exact match.I am thrilled with the results. The seats look brand new, despite being in a 30 year old collectors car. Not only do they look good, they are very comfortable like something that you would find in a brand new vehicle. I couldn’t be happier.From the initial phone call all the way through the entire process; Joe was always prompt, courteous professional, and very responsive. There’s no other way to say it. This guy has a lot of talent, a true craftsman and artist in his field.If you’re looking for someone to be able to do a high-end interior for a vehicle, this is where you need to come. If I ever need anything like this done again, without hesitation Top Stitch Upholstery is where I’m going to have it done.

Joe Paletta does awesome work!! If your looking for a high end custom interior Joe is your guy. I uploaded some pictures of the seats he did in my 2015 Ram 1500. I love it !!

Joe did a fantastic job replacing the interior of our 1937 Cord Phaeton. It is perfect and I know we won't miss the 81 year old lumpy seats. It will now be such a beautiful comfortable ride! Can't wait for Spring! Thank you Joe!!!

If you want bad a** interior Joe at top Stitch upholstery is the place to go. His quality and attention to detail is out of this world. It doesn't matter if it's just a simple vinyl seat quality matters Details Matter he just finished my 57 Chevy and has done my 56 also and he will be doing my 55 soon real soon I wouldn't trust my interior to anyone else great job Joe thanks again I love both of them and I think you are one of the few that knows what my car is mean to me. You are work and craftsmanship on the interior has put both of them over the top thanks again
