Great facility and staff…Margret is great and is very helpful! Entire staff is available and is quick to answer questions. The facility is very safe and is always clean. I used the indoor temperature controlled units for my furniture for a year and everything came out in great condition. Thank you Storage Block!

Outstanding run storage facility!Margaret was so helpful and quick to respond during our short notice rental request. Bins were clean, facility well cared for, and security was always noted when visiting. Most importantly, a truly admirable family business that cared about us as individuals during our rental, and even took the time to talk and welcome us into the community/area. Thank you!!!

So glad we chose this facility. We used an indoor, climate controlled unit as we had a lot of good furniture in storage. The facility is secure, very clean and the staff is great. When we moved out of storage all of our belongings were in perfect condition and not one dead or alive bug was foundWould definitely recommend to anyone

The owners are wonderful and very helpful with any questions I have had. I started using them for outside storage with my boat last year and they made a new spot for me this year so I could keep my boat local. Would recommend them for any local needs short term or long.

Great facility with lovely staff. The units are new and clean with plenty of area to load / unload. Ability to sign up online is great but would like the option to cancel online as well.

We have rented units from Storage Block since they were building it, and they are continually improving this new facility to make it the best and most secure place to rent. They've multiple sizes in both climate control and non-climate control units, their pricing is very competitive, they are a great bunch of people to work with and they have gone the extra mile for us to help us add units, and we've even moved around in the buildings, and they are so patient with us. They have a great response team. I've rented other places over the last 5 years, and none of them compare to the satisfaction I've had with this location and its staff. You cannot go wrong with Storage Block.

We had a couple of storage units here for a few months and the service provided was wonderful. Very secure location, clean surroundings, multiple sizes offered, comparable prices, and very friendly office staff. The communication was excellent, whether it was setting up a unit, payment reminders through an automated system, or simply calling with a questions. Employees and owner were courteous and prompt with any inquiry we had. Location was very convenient off Industrial Parkway.

If you’re looking for a place to utilize storage place! Well Storage Block is the place for you! Each and everyone of the staff are a blessing! More than helpful! I have a few units here and If there was anything I needed they have been able to assist with my needs! The owners are beyond great! I appreciate each and everyone I have met here! Finally getting around to writing a review about The Storage Block.I am very pleased with the ease of renting not one, but twounits from them. Pricing seems competitive, units are very clean, Jeff and family work with you to give you the best unit and price available. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a storage unit in the Dublin, Marysville, Plain City areas.

We worked with Mark, and he was wonderful to work with! Very kind and accommodating! The units themself are brand new, gates, very clean, & dry. The large ones have 2 entrances, which is fantastic for finding stuff once you’ve packed it away. Would highly recommend!

This is a great family owned business, which makes me feel better. Great customer service!. Walked right in, got a tour. Great security by the way, I have issues with that in the past with corporate places.
