“can't say enough good things about this team. They spent an entire day packing up our house, then an extremely long 2nd day loading their truck twice and unloading it at the new house. It would not be possible for them to work harder or more efficiently as a team, they did not even take breaks. They were extremely conscious of door ways and large pieces of furniture. Moving Ahead was not the cheapest quote I got, but they certainly proved to be the best value. I cannot recommend enough.”

“Brian (owner) and his team did receivership, inspection, storage and delivery of our new furniture arriving from a number of out-of-state vendors. They were excellent in all areas, as well as in communication—from beginning to the end of our project. Deliveries came as arranged and items arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guys were prompt, called 20 minutes before arrival and were very courteous and professional. They carefully unwrapped and placed items where requested. They did a great job! Brian and his team were terrific to work with and went above and beyond with responsiveness and professionalism, especially when one item needed to be replaced (vendor’s error, not CEM’s). They delivered and set up my furniture and were very careful and cleaned everything up before they left taking the boxes and wrapping with them. “The unit upon arrival was not as clean/pest free as advertised. Really should allow you to view units prior to rental as the recommended size for what I have to store barely fit everything and it is stacked almost to the ceiling. Rental process was easy and the app is useful but definitely could be cleaner for new tenants.
UPDATE: Tri Village called and offered me a new unit to correct the situation. Upgraded to 4 star for their effort and care.”
