Millers furniture store in Plain City is the best. not only do you get heirloom quality pieces but their delivery and set up is excellent. i was really concerned the bed wouldn’t fit but not only were they able to get it in the room the did it with ease. They even put the foundation and mattress (which was not purchased from them) on the bed..The bench was a custom order I went in with a picture and received exactly what I was looking for. This is a company that understands the value of customer service and clearly demonstrates it!!

Imagine working with a team that understands the value of a superior commitment to customer service. Hubert, has become our trusted advisor and educator when we need a “go to” resource. BTW, I believe all of their wood furniture is crafted in Ohio.
The delivery/install team, are polite, and professional. We are 100% satisfied with all of our interactions with Miller Furniture.

I had the most pleasant and successful experience shopping for a recliner at Miller’s Furniture. Mrs. Miller was so pleasant and knowledgeable and wanted to be sure the style and size of the chair would be comfortable for my husband. I also purchased the matching loveseat! We are thrilled with both and the quality and comfort is exceptional. Also the delivery went quickly and smoothly. They even moved our old recliner out for me! They were courteous and careful bringing the leather chair and loveseat through the doors. I highly recommend Millers Furniture. Thank you!

Delivery went very smooth. The table arrived at the time they estimated The men were very careful getting things in the house. They also gave me specific care and maintenance of the table. Very helpful. Love my table.
