I have rented golf carts for the past two years and they've been great! Last year, the lights weren't working and they sent someone out immediately so we could enjoy it during our entire rental. And Brandi is an angel, she put up with a lot of back and forth from me this year with so much understanding!

Our golf cart suddenly stopped charging. We took it to a local mechanic who changed a few wires and cleaned it up but we no longer consistently got that happy sound that told us our battery was charging. But Power Equipment Solutions had a similar model that they were repairing and we could at least see if our charger was bad, it isn't. So we took a long 60 mi drive over to Power Equipment Solutions. Ralph was so patient with us. Giving us a long lesson on what to look for. So with his teaching us, we tested our batteries. Nope, they are good. We even reset the OBC. Nope. Undoubtedly we will need to bring it in for service. Ralph wisely suggested we wait until spring. I was impressed with the depth of his knowledge. My next door neighbor has already asked us where to buy a golf cart, so of course I recommended Ralph. I want to deal with people that actually answer the phone and can provide service. We were very happy to have found this place. I am confident they can fix it at a fair price.

You have had my golf cart for 2 months, you can’t pull anything up under my name, so I have to describe the cart to you. This has been a horrible experience with the plain city location. I want my cart back. I will be calling Monday to pick up. Would not recommend you to anyone.
