Can only withdraw $4k. So I either have to drive somewhere else or come back another day to get the rest beyond that.

I was here with my wife today around 4:15pm to open a saving and checking account with Chase, there was only one lady, she didn’t talk to us and totally ignored our presence. She was rude, not a professional way to represent Chase.

I’ve been a business and personal client of Chase for 20 years. This branch is a sad joke. Rude / incompetent staff. ATM is out of order 90% of the time. Don’t waste your time. It’s faster and easier to go to one of the branches in Dublin or Marysville. This branch is awful.

This branch diserves less then one star I don't even think they have a lisence to be an offical location. They where unable to do anything for me given I had cash and all of my information. Chase official messed up a location of where a debit card was sopose to be sent. I got a bonus in cash recently. Have bills to pay and my ID present An this location was unable to do a thing for me. Extremly unprofessional. Is this what chase is going towards. Might be rethinking my main banking system

they cant take a cash deposit without a debit card even if u have your id because they do deposits only through atm.they recommend going to the avery rd branch to deposit money without an debit card.
