The dealer was extremely responsive. I was contacted immediately outside of their business hours. We came in from KY to look at a vehicle and it was waiting for us when we got there. It was by far the easiest transaction I have had and I buy multiple vehicle each year for my business. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that needs a vehicle.

Brad at Cap City was amazing to work with. I inquired about a F-250 that they had and that same day he reached out to me. Living out of state I wasn’t able to go and look at it. He sent me detailed pictures and videos or the truck. When it came to the paperwork it was super easy and straightforward. I was able to do it all online. The best part was they even delivered it the next day. So far the truck has been great! Thanks for all the help and I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic experience from the very first phone call through the purchase of a vehicle. Absolutely none of that gross used car buying experience we’ve come to expect! Genuine, honest people in a casual and friendly environment. We will go to these guys for all our car needs from this point forward!

Terrible place. I think I caught Covid during a test drive then the car broke down on the way back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Just used Cap City 2 times this month...bought a slightly used car via the easiest and quickest process ever in 35 years of car buying! And had headlights on a 2013 Honda restored to new condition. Highly recommend Bobby and his team for sales and service.

I drove 2 and a half hours to look at a vehicle. When I showed up it had almost 20k more miles then advertised. After looking at the vehicle I find that the frame was going to need repairs due to rust( I wasn't worried I could fix that myself) which was not mentioned. It had check engine lights on the salesman said it was a wheel bearing that got into the ABS sensor. I get home with the vehicle and I was able to reset the codes then the came back when I took it to have the codes ran it came back that the computers were bad and all needed replaced. Long story short I would never go yhere again. They lied straight to my face didn't negotiate on the price even after driving 2 and a half hours for a vehicle that had 20k more miles!Update:About 4 weeks go by and still no title in the mail after I paid cash. When I called to ask about it the OWNER tells me that because I left him a bad google review that it was all up to me to get the title myself. So I’m posting this to warn any potential buyers. What ever you do don’t be honest and leave them a negative review because they won’t help you at all after that.
