Associated Graphics did a half-wrap on our truck for Great Roofing and Restoration. Their design team did an incredible job capturing our brand identity. The installation looks fantastic, and their team has been amazing to work with. Austin & Kaleb always respond promptly to my questions and keep me in the loop with the project, which I really appreciate! Our second truck is set to be completed in a few weeks, and we're excited to see the results. I'm thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Associated Graphics to anyone looking for a branding boost. As happy repeat customers, we can't sing their praises enough!

AGI has installed decals on 6 of our vehicles and wrapped an enclosed trailer for us. Each job was done very well. They communicated, followed up, and ensured the process of installation went smoothly. And their rates were very competitive. Highly recommend.

This company Rocks. I have worked with them on our design for food truck. It was smooth communication from the beginning to the end if things have changed I was notified by Brandon immediately. By the way all this happened when we were in 2019 -2020 covid-19 Era. I HIGHLY recommend AGI for wrap or design for your company. Just got our Mercedes Metris company vehicle back after getting some graphics installed. The AGI team knocked it out of the park. Brandon K. was great to work with, explained everything thoroughly and was prompt in communication while keeping me up to speed as they progressed through the job. Shelley S. was very quick to respond to emails and make adjustments to our designs on the fly. Libby was also very nice and informative during drop off. The install was exactly what we wanted, and they even squeezed us in and got it done in time for a charity event we were involved with. It goes without saying that they care about all their customers, regardless of the job size or value. All around great company to do business with from start to finish. Thanks guys!

I own a small business and have a small fleet of vehicles (10). I originally went with large magnets with graphics to put on my vehicles for advertisement but I wanted something more permanent. I contacted AGI to get my cars wrapped with graphics that were a little more permanent. I came to the business with the ideas I had in my head, and the team was great with putting together my ideas into the graphics I wanted on my vehicles. They were quick, precise, and always professional. I am thrilled with how my vehicles turned out and would recommend this small business to take care of any of your graphic needs!

Extremely dishonest organization! ************************* especially. They never printed our wrap and never scheduled our install after we paid them $2,000. We waited 2 months and finally decided to ask for a refund. They refused and said the only thing they would do is print the wrap and ship to us and we could go get it installed somewhere else. I asked how much that would cost bc if they were charging a significant amount to just print the wrap that wouldn't be worth it to us. ***** told me he didn't know the cost. I told him at that point to just give me a refund, obviously I can't agree to something if you don't tell me how much it will cost. ***** refused to give me the full refund and pretended to not hear me ask 5+ times for a full refund. I followed up through e-mail asking for a refund and ***** responded to a different e-mail chain telling us he was sending us the wrap anyway and how much it would cost. We never agreed to the price for just the wrap and I told him multiple times we just wanted a refund. He's trying to rush and get it shipped so he can keep our $2,000 and claim he sent the wrap. Several other franchisees from my organization have also had similar issues with this company. I'm currently fighting these charges with my credit card company and will take AGI to small claims court if necessary. AGI is not worth the risk, just find a different vendor. You have been warned!

I have had a very frustrating experience with Associated Graphics. I needed a marketing wrap done for my work truck. I paid my deposit on March 3 and was told everything would be done in a couple of weeks time, they didn't give an exact time frame. I patiently waited to get updated on the progress and the only time I was ever updated was when I called to see when the installation would take place. I worked with Chris Paolini and every time I called he would tell me someone would be contacting me in a week. After being given the run around for a few weeks I had finally had it this week. I called at the beginning of the week and gave them one more shot and Chris assured me that someone would be calling me on Friday. Friday came and still no call so I called this afternoon and politely asked for a refund. I was tired of getting the run around and just wanted my deposit back. Chris refused because magically they "started printing the graphics just this morning". I highly doubt that, and they are only saying that so they can weasel out of a refund. The communication throughout this whole experience was horrible, like I said the only updates I got were when I called. If it was going to take longer they should have communicated that. Chris agreed that the communication wasn't good and instead of doing the right thing and just giving us our money back they frantically started printing out the graphics just so they could try and salvage things on their end. Very disappointed with the whole experience and do not recommend.

I was thoroughly impressed with my experience working with AGI. I had them wrap a 26 Foot box truck with our company logo and information. They have outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, and was very impressed with our truck after the vinyl wrap. Overall, great experience and highly recommend to anybody looking to having their vehicle wrapped.
