Truckers often don’t get the return they should get; they make sure we do!

Live in Piqua working Tipp City. They messed up my city tax , you said we did not get a refund just got a letter today that says I get $744 back from Rita. Had to get the forms ourselves to get our refund back.

Good place to go for all you tax needs regardless of the time of the year taxes never stop and nether does this place open till 8pm until further notice.

Went there at my appt. time and was treated very poorly by the lady at the first desk and was cussed out an didnt get them done. She was mad about her lunch break and just completely took out all her anger on me. Worst experience I've ever encounter in my life. They have no client skills what so ever.

I had been going to Wyandt and Silvers over over 25 years with no problem. This year, the gal that did our taxes should not have been permitted to do them. Granted, we did move during the school year and she had to calculate partial years for both school districts. It was a struggle but she got help and all was well. For some reason, she said it was better to file married but separately. Fine - no problem. However, she used my maiden name (what was in their system) instead of updating to my married name (which was the name on my W2 and SS Card). Now, it has been over 2 months and no tax return. Hubby got his in a week. Checked IRS.gov and it's still being processed. After doing some research, I found out that names that don't match throw up a red flag. It could be several more months before I see my return. ALL BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T CHECK HER WORK AND ENSURE THE NAME WAS CORRECT. I called the office and was told it was no big deal but I guess they weren't waiting on their tax returns.....

My wife went in to get do our taxes. We usually do not use wyandt and silvers but my wife said she had a good feeling about them so that's where she went. Ronald "AL" Wyandt was rude, acted like he was in a rush and actually told my wife "there is no reason for people to be doing there taxes this late. What kind of tax preparer talks like that to a customer!!?? He also said we owe 9 thousand dollars, I told my wife to leave and not file with them, he then did the taxes again and all of sudden we are owed almost 4k. Obviously we are never using them again!
