My spouse and I went in to do a quick check up on our account. Lela expertly handled our account’s automatic payment update and a few other account changes we requested. Plus, she enrolled me into a better plan when she saw my particular circumstances— which I appreciated immensely. Interestingly, I was thinking of changing carriers but won’t now due to the service TCC and Lela gave me. Thank you!
