UPS can't seem to stay on a nice wide driveway. Coming in and going out, they left double tire marks 2 ft inside the grass. Now I have nothing but mud..........again. They are notorious for this and I am tired of rolling and filling muds holes left by careless drivers.

If I could give negative stars I would. They have my package I was home they didn't even attempt to deliver put a note on the mailbox and when I called they said at 1pm they were coming back at 5pm I called back and they said they can't deliver it until Monday and they rang the door bell which I don't have one. It took 45 minutes to get through the automated stuff before I even got a person and they gave me the run around the whole time so I waited for a package to arrive that I wouldn't be getting for 2 and a half days. I asked if I could get my package on Saturday or can I pick it up, answer was no had to be delivered and even though they were coming this way still had to wait til Monday. I spent alot of money to still have to wait. Very disappointed and unsatisfied. Definitely would not recommend and wouldn't spend extra money for speedy delivery, you're liable to spend it and still wait because the driver was either misinformed or lazy.

So MAD. I was told last week my address was undeliverable. So I pick it up myself. The driver had the wrong address but the address on package was correct. This week my package was delivered to the wrong house. Again drivers error. Now they say up to 8 days for them to investigate their mistake. I have only ordered online twice and both times UPS screwed up. Not a very good average. I am so upset. That is being nice

I had 2 packages being delivered today. They were both delivered to the wrong address. 2 people in the UPS truck and still delivered to the wrong house. I called UPS and couldn't talk to a real person. Automated told me that they couldn't find my tracking # in there system. I shouldn't have to worry about my packages being delivered to the wrong house, hence the reason we have BIG numbers on them, and in plain sight. Delivery drivers need to pay attention to the address on the package compared to the address of the house they leave it at!! I only left 1 star because I had to so I could leave this review. Very upset with UPS right now!!

I would like to say that the drivers should be able to type in were they put your package so you know were they left it. Because our package said it was at the front door but it was on a piece of fence by the woods 1/2 way down our 1/2 a mile driveway. I drove by it for 4 days before checking to see what it was. I was told that they only have so many options to choose from so he just put front door.

Missed delivery had to be picked up too far away to prevent return to sender policy after only 5 days. It took 6 weeks to aquire my orders that came from Target through UPS. Will avoid seller and shipper next time.

My delivery got delayed today. Normally, I'd say "No sweat," and just wait (because, I know, things happen), but today the package coming to me was my blood pressure meds, and my BP has been spiking like mad all day long.So, yeah: I'd just like to take some time to throw some Massive gratitude to both the person at the local delivery center, who took the call from customer support, and the driver who had my package, for getting those pills to me.I hate that I made you change your route, or whatever, but I was having chest pains earlier, and my anxiety kicked in, and was making things worse...So, yeah, once again: Thank you. Thank you so much. I seriously can't say "Thank You" enough.

Didn't have deliveries on Thursday because of some snow. Customer service said they would be delivering the next day, they wasn't even though the roads were clear. Called again and PAID them to be able to pick up my packages on Friday, since I needed them before the weekend. Got there to pick up and nobody was there during the 2 hrs that they are supposed to be open. (EDIT)They did call me early Saturday morning and set up a special pick up time on Saturday which ended up working out good.

had a return from Amazon I took many returns from Amazon back there this time they said the code that they sent me was one of their new ones and they couldn't accept it and that I had to go to Troy however Staff was nice about it
