Ulbrich's IGA Super Market is a long-standing grocery store in the local community, known for its old-fashioned charm and friendly staff. The store may not be the most modern, but it offers a selection of basic necessities, including milk, bread, and hamburger. While the deli department has received mixed reviews, with some customers finding the chicken not as flavorful as they remembered, the store's homemade baked goods, such as pies and rolls, are highly praised. Customers appreciate the store's personal touch, with the staff being described as very nice and helpful. The store has been a fixture in the area for decades, with one customer recalling working there as a teenager in the 1980s. Although the store may need some updates, it continues to serve the community's needs, providing a convenient option for quick grocery runs or picking up a few essential items. Overall, Ulbrich's IGA Super Market is a well-established, small-town grocery store that offers a comfortable and familiar shopping experience, despite its age and limited selection. While it may not be the top choice for weekly grocery shopping, it remains a reliable and friendly option for the locals.
