They were very nice, when they new,we had a house fire and we had to buy furniture for are entire home! BUT WHEN THEY DELIVERED MY KITCHEN TABLE ! AND I Told them that is not the size TABLE I wanted! It is way to big for my home. Can you please take it back and get me a smaller one. HIS REPLY WAS NO BUT I CAN PUT IT ON CONSIGNMENT, I WAS LIKE YOU WANT ME TO PAY YOU TO SALE SOMETHING I BOUGHT!Brand New From You? His REPLY Was Yes! CHAIR I Bought was all messed up, he came out twice!I just wanted him to replace it. Answer was no, I think I fixed it. Till the warranty ran out!! Then he could fix it!!Along with the couch!! He Got me for over 10.000 $$ Don't Trust Him, if you don't believe me talk to some of his employees who had to deliver, furniture for him!!!

The best furniture store around. It starts with being greeted by the sweetest dogs (who wouldn’t want this heart warming “hello”). The selection is top notch, the staff is very knowledgeable and helpful without making you feel pressured into anything. We will continue to shop here again and again. It’s a simple and comfortable one-stop shopping experience..totally different compared to what furniture shopping was before we found this beautiful store! Thank you all so much!

Horrible company, My 86yr old mother-in-law purchased a leather rocker recliner for $800, Within 6mo the seat cushion shifted and she fell out of the chair. We were able to get the manufacturer (Best) to replace the seat cushion but within 24hrs it started doing the same thing! We asked if we could return the chair or get a partial refund but they stated we were out of luck and we could either sell it or give it to goodwill, WOW! Very disappointed. Many horrible reviews on YELP as well!!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!

My 86yr old mother-in-law purchased a $800 rocker recliner that had the seat cushion break down and shift in less than 6mo. So much so it dumped her on the floor. We had the manufacturer replace the cushion only to have it start to do the same thing in less than 24hrs. We were basically told by Town and Country that there was nothing they could do and we were out of luck! Went to a different furniture store and bought a Lazy Boy. Definitely would not recommend this store to anyone!!!
