We had been a long time customer of Spectrum Internet, previously Time Warner Cable. -We switched to the Omni Fiber, Fiber Optic Internet because they offer 500mps for $55/m w/wifi. ...When I called to disconnect Spectrum, they offered to cut my $93/m internet bill down to $55/m for 300mps!!! I was shocked. I explained that it would have been nice to have been valued BEFORE I called to disconnect. When explaining that to the person helping me, they said they arent allowed to look and see what customers pay!? So....the company cant look to see what they charge people? Yes, she said, they cannot look up what customers pay. I explained that isn't probably the best business model. Point blank you HAVE TO value current customers as much as you value getting new customers. Sucks we've been paying $90+ for so long when all I woulda had to do was threaten to leave to get my bill cut in half. This method speaks that the customer doesn't matter, just the money does.

On January the 15th my wife and I went into the spectrum store in Troy Ohio and ordered to Samsung Galaxy S24 ultras order them from Solomon bird and he had his manager help because we wanted 512 GB storage in those phones she called and said they would be in in 2 weeks on February the second I went in today on February the third to check in Solomon bird act like he never heard of me before and we never received the phones

I was dreading going into the Spectrum store today, so this experience made me pleasantly surprised. I was helped by Chelsea who made my experience there today fast, easy, and understandable. She was professional and friendly. She replaced my modem, made sure that I understood how to install my new equipment, and she checked to make sure I had the best deal for my current plan (and actually helped lower my bill). Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Walked in and told them what we needed. Hardly said much and said "there ya go" after stacking stuff on counter and walking away to talk to the others working again. No people skills!!!

I was told to go there to get a new modem that could handle my new internet speeds. The man at the counter was very rude and apparently gave me the same model of modem, and now I have to drive back to the store. But who can promise me I will get the right modem this time?

Only one worker on duty with long waits..one lady said she was waiting over 2 hrs. I purchased a phone which will be shipped to me..I asked for a receipt. Was told no paper receipts given out..I'm still waiting on information on app and email to show the phone purchase.

("RENO 911 Cellular")The worst mobile customer service I've ever experienced in 25 years of having a cell. I made multiple emails from multiple portals with required documents as requested with zero replies or reception... Ive made several service call appointments with repair department... They either call 1+ hour late or not at all. If the call with service that you've been on for more than hour suddenly drops...? By policy they won't call you back to continue process. You have to call back and start over with different agent. I even went a week without service because repair department wouldn't return my calls even keep my call back appointments. If I send requested documents via email...? They somehow never received them nomatter how many different ways i send the emails/documents. I never get a reply or even an answer on the phone to weather They received my information. They can determine that an email was sent to them by me on the 19th but somehow cannot see the email itself. ?? Am I actually supposed to believe that...? ? Spectrum has left me stranded without cell service by completely ignoring me and doing absolutely everything to disregard my problem. I literally had no choice but to go back to Verizon just so I can have cell service at all. SpRECTUM is a 100% ??? show. Don't do it...!

because I didn't like it, I'm a physically person, my patience is very Latina and that day there was a boy who was my turn to follow and this person just for looking at me, Latina didn't attend me, he passed 5 people before me and that I had signed and In reality, I felt very discriminated against when he treated me and when he heard me speak English, his attitude really changed a little. This guy with Latin appearance also discriminated against me. I didn't cancel my contract with Spectrum just because the service is really good, but I think people like that don't even deserve to have a job. So

NEVER EVER get a mobile device with spectrum, and specifically at this location.They will give you the old song and dance and make everything sound so great when you're looking for a device, but do you have issues with that after an extremely short amount of time a couple of months they throw you to the wolves. Their insurance is a joke and is only good after the device is a year old. If less than a year old then it's up to YOU, yes YOU, to contact the manufacturer and have them warranty the item.Spectrum does not believe in providing customer service except for collecting your money, nor do they stand behind the products they sell you.Spectrum can kiss my backside.Post spectrum response:No, I will not contact you on one of the platforms you mentioned. I contacted your store, spectrum, and Assurant numerous times regarding this matter and NONE of you replaced your defective device.I say again...kiss my backside!

I have never had a problem with this store directly. I have always had good customer service when stopping in here. My problems with Spectrum has always been when I have had to call their 1-800 number.

Spectrum mobile is okay as a service provider. I'm not going to say it's the best for what you pay for but speeds are always demonetized because I have also a Verizon postpaid service and I am a YouTuber that I do speed test in between spectrum and Verizon service. Verizon you get what you pay for but it's a lot of money but it's not demonetized it's after 50 gigs on both phones but with spectrum mobile after 20 gigs they throttle you down to 512 kigabits with Verizon after 50 gigs they just thaw your video speeds up 480p speed still stay accurate but with Verizon postpaid you get on limited ultra wide when I was at a reds game, spectrum was really slow. Verizon postpaid was really fast. Each service that you go to has its ups and downs like and subscribe to Luke tech gaming for more info
