Unfortunately, I've had to take our VW Golf here TWICE due to a collision with a raccoon and a deer. Was referred by a coworker and I won't go anywhere else now. Very professional and efficient.

Did a good job on fixing the roof. New hood is flimsy. When it comes to them reinstalling a headliner they really struggle with the quality on that plus there is two holes in my headliner that were not there previous and where my front light is the headliner is not in properly. Poorly done when it comes to that. Also rewired my dash camera and the rear one doesn't work now. Would of been better if they just left it out and I could of done it myself like I did previously now I have to redo it all anyways

I was in a minor accident that did about 8k of damage to the front end. CARSTAR Piqua was fantastic! They worked with my insurance company to get my vehicle fixed. The car detail they did at pick up was better than the dealership when I bought it new. They kept me informed all the way through the process with pic update vis txt. They stayed late on a Friday evening to deliver the car. This is a top notch shop. My experience was excellent.

Was involved in a collision, reluctantly took it to Piqua car star, as the car was barely drivable and carstar had good reviews and was close. Car was “fixed” and returned, was advised to contact them if any issues occur. Almost immediately a noise was coming from underneath the vehicle. Carstar was contacted and the car was returned. Carstar stated that the damage to the vehicle that was causing the noise was not related to the accident and that they had advised insurance and insurance will not be paying for it. If we would like tho, they could fix it and we could pay for it out of pocket. The damage was considered “wear and tear” and it was just extremely convenient that it broke at the same time of the accident. The car was perfectly fine prior to the accident, and is now not drivable. Carstar puts on a fake facade of being nice, while screwing people over, out of money and helping out insurance agencies. Would rather walk the rest of my life than take my vehicle to these crooked liars.
