Customer Service not the best. Some individuals that work in the office are rude. Been a client for over a year. I pay and may pay late but they know that I pay. Still feel the need to talk to people with negativity. I thought no matter what I'm still the customer. First time having a negative experience with a car dealership.

I was looking for a vehicle and didnt have alot of time to look at alot of places or wait for someone on marketplace to respond to me. I found a vehicle that I liked and requested information on it. The buying process was very easy and simple. All the staff I have dealt with so far have been very nice. They have several options to make tour payments. The options for vehicles that fit many budgets was very nice. If I had any complaints at all it would be that car payments are very high right now. This is a combination of the state of the economy, my financial situation, and a business just trying to make money. Overall I have no complaints and am happy with my purchase. I needed a vehicle and am happy to have found one.

I will never buy a car there again nor will I refer them to anyone. The two girls that sold me the car where very rude, my carbroke done the 2nd day I had it and still doesn't run right, the gave me rental while they fixed mine and when I returned it they said I did damage to it and I did not and because I would not fix the damages they told me they would no longer fix my car if something goes wrong. I'm not happy with this car at when they fixed it they didn't put the side covers on my sit back on and when they took out device that turns car off when you don't pay well they didn't put a piece back right and now it falls out all the time.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE RUDE RUDE RUDE. Bought a 2017 Dodge Journey and less than a month and a half later it can't go faster than 20 mph. I told Nichol about the problems and she said well you can never leave it to be looked at. It was the only vehicle I had with no other way to work and all she could do was be rude and continue how I couldn't leave it. So the journey had a misfire after I hooked up an ODB sensor to it. She towed it in which I was thankful for on a Friday. Monday I called and was told by the receptionist that the pcm needed replaced and the part was two days out so Wednesday. I said ok and left it at that. Tuesday I get a call it is ready. I pick it up drive it 10 miles home. The next day after about 10 more miles it does the same thing it did the Friday before. I missed 2 days of work over this. I was told only one tow could be done. I was then told pretty much that I was inconsiderate because the parts that had been repaired were not covered under the powertrain warranty. The little stuff was repaired but not what mattered. I was mislead to believe the pcm was replaced and all they did was patch it so it would work a little while longer to where I'd have to bring it back and foot the bill for the transmission. There is no other possible explanation. I'll see them in court I'm not paying for a vehicle I can't drive.

Purchased a car over a year ago. Have been dealing with rudest people ever. Has been an absolute nightmare. I actually get anxiety calling to make a payment. Was just over one week late and they repossed my car. Called and they made me pay almost 2 thousand dollars just to get the car back because they were threatening to auction the car a sue me for the deficit. Which by the way is way above the Ohio laws for repo fees of $25 plus past due and security. So I get the car back and they repo it again for being 8 days past due. Now they are threatening me again. The woman in the office are the most unprofessional and rudest folks I have ever dealt with in my life they actually seam to take pleasure in causing stress and misery. I am going to file a complaint with the Ohio state attorney general office. So please Stay Away. Dont buy anything there. You will regret it.

Just a wonderful place. When I was in there applying, I overheard some of their conversations with other customers on the phone and I must say; they have the patience of monks! After hearing all of that I was very impressed. I test drove 2 different vehicles and the wonderful salesman explained some differences in the cars to help my choose. I’m trying to rebuild my credit and I couldn’t recommend a better place to go!

I absolutely love everything about this place. They really helped me get into a new car after the first one was totalled. The people are amazing, and friendly. They're what made the experience easy and awesome. I highly recommend coming here for a vehicle if your credit isn't where it needs to be. ❤️❤️
