Anyone that knows me knows that I am very particular about my hair. I don't let just anyone cut my hair and it is very hard for me to trust anyone to cut my hair. So when I tell you that Jenni Smith Piatt is amazing and has my trust to cut my hair it's a big deal. P.J. Shear Magic has my 100% approval. I love PJ’s! Jenny is amazing and she was wonderful, kind, patient, and my hair looks fantastic! Everyone at PJ’s is so nice. It’s quiet, laid back, and perfect for someone who doesn’t like a lot of noise or big salons. They provide all the luxury services a large salon offers in a very comfortable environment. Highly recommend!

Went to get my nails and haircut. Nail tech was slowand Nails were done so badly I had to go to another location to have them redone. The haircut was just as bad. The beautician didn't Evan ask much less listen to what I wanted done. Didn't wash or even wet my hair down and barely even trimmed me even after I told her the cut I wanted.had to get my hair recut once I returned back home.

I have been going to Jenni for 10+ years. I had an appointment on May 28 for 4 PM and she was running 40 minutes late and had a personal appointment at 530. I just decided to leave and now she has decided to personally text me and slander me and my boyfriend. Her level of professionalism is that of a elementary school kid and I'm sure her family would not be happy with how she is running the business. Her comments are very presumptuous and rude.

I have been going to her for years and she is always running late. I had an appointment for 4 yesterday and 40 minutes later she was just starting to cut some one's hair so I left.
