We went in for a new tire appointment that was scheduled 2 months in advance. The woman at the desk had no record nor were the tires ordered. We showed her the paperwork with the quote and date written in her writing. She said there was no appointment and nothing she could do but schedule us for later. She did not apologize or acknowledge the paperwork we had. We like to support local business but will not continue with this one.

2 years ago----I've known Mark for 30 years. He helped out a neighbor of mine in quick order. Damn good guy.

I’ve tried 2 times now to get tires put on my vehicles. Every time I call they’re rude and mean and both times told me they can and will not put them on and this time. I had a flat on the side of the road and still told me they couldn’t put my tire on. I hear good stuff about this place but after this I will never be calling them again. Not my problem.
