Terrible customer service. The Kroger app let me submit my order with digital coupons, but because I picked up on Wednesday I guess some of the coupons expired, but the app let me submit my order and took the coupons off my total. When I picked my order up the total was higher than it should have been and when I asked why as I didn’t realize the coupons expired I overnight, and asked if they could honor them as a one time curiosity as it’s a bit frustrating since the app isn’t clear and allows the coupons, the manager, ASHLYNN, said to my face “well I know the rules cause I’ve been in this store and doing the pickups for years, so no., I’m not doing anything” No explanation, just no. It wasn’t like it was $50’people…it was $11…it wouldn’t even have put a dent in there profits and could have helped a customer with a better experience, but instead she chose to be condescending and rude. Management could use some customer service training.

It would’ve been nice to know that they had no meat or dairy but no advertisement at the front door or here on Facebook as a courtesy post. Tried to go to Walmart but their meat was green and everywhere else is closed. When called to ask about was greeted with some B.S. excuse they weren’t advertising it. Now families will have to venture out and endanger themselves

We generally have good experience with this store, but there have been a few issues. Tonight's issue was more than ridiculous and when we asked to speak to the manager, we were told they went home. We had a click list @ 6p.m. they called and said it won't be ready until 7 while we were in the parking lot... we had to go buy other food to have dinner and came back @7.... we were told it wasn't ready and we could get it later or tomorrow.... we needed food for the day tomorrow before they open, so we had them call us. they call us finally a little over 2 hours past our pick up. we get our stuff and go. we wet home, they didn't give us half of our order and didn't correct anything that needed replaced. we call, they tell us they have the rest of it and we can make our 4TH trip over and get our groceries. Go to put all my food away and 4 of my eggs are not usable, one cracked so bad that it leaked in the carton and I had to cut the cup out so it wouldn't rot in my fridge. long story short. this is one bad experience that cost me a lot of stress and some extra money.

While I am not a fan of masks or the companies need to keep my change, the young lady who waited on me was very pleasant and had no issues with me paying cash (bills) and my card for coins. I don't shop here often as they're a bit pricey but it's always a good day when you get good customer service.
