They told me my daughters prescription was ready to come get it then once we arrived they told us it wouldn't be ready until next day saying they was out would've been nice to say that so we didn't make a wasted trip

One of the worst pharmacies in Piqua. They don’t refill prescriptions on time and CONSTANTLY push back prescription fill times. I have to call them and tell them to refill my prescription, otherwise it just sits there in the “filling prescription” stage. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Would highly recommend others to find a different pharmacy because this one does not care about the customer whatsoever.

I usually have a bad experience here but today the lady named Pam helped me . She got my medication ready in A reasonable time and was polite . My one star turned into 5 stars because of Pam.

I placed my grocery order online and went to pick it up at the assigned time. After waiting for quite a while once I arrived and got checked in an employee came over and informed me that 'some' of my order had been given to another customer. They said that the other customer had been called and was returning to the store with my items. After waiting for about 15 minutes the customer finally returned and it turns out that my ENTIRE order had been given to the other customer. The employee comes out and just starts tossing the bags with my items into my vehicle with no care given to what may be in the bags at all. I asked to speak to the manager and after another 10 minutes someone comes out to my vehicle. She refuses to give me her name and isn't wearing a name tag so I find it unlikely that she was actually a manager at all. Her response to my concerns was "Oh well, mistakes happen. What do you want me to do?" I couldn't believe how rude she was being over a screw-up by THEM! I told her that I wanted my fresh items replaced because I couldn't be sure if they'd be safe to eat since they were in the possession of another customer for who knows how long. Her response to that was "That's not going to happen. Your items are fine." I don't know how she would know that since she didn't even look at the mess in my back seat. After leaving the store I called the main number and was transferred to a manager whose response was essentially the same. He didn't care that my entire order was given to another customer and refused to return/refund any of my items for safety reasons. Corporate was absolutely no help either. Think it may be time to start shopping at Walmart or Meijer I guess.

You have to bag your groceries many times yourself because the baggers are to busy get carts and doing Chad the so called janitor job .I don't think he actually cleans the toilets.I always notice the baggers doing his job and them people wonder why carts get behind or baggers are struggling to do there own job because there being told by Jennifer to do chads job.people quit because they get taken advantage of by Chad and manager Jennifer. How about get rid of Jennifer or make her go fetch carts herself since the baggers are to busy cleaning the store to actually do bagging and carts unless they run it's impossible.How about get A janitor that, actually knows how to clean and A manager that can do more than just cashier and bag! Pay the baggers more since there doing more than there own job.

If I could rate zero, I would. I had an appointment for me and my daughter at 4 o clock. I showed up at 4:08, and sat there trying to register on the machine,which lags horribly. The assistant walked out ,and I said hi I have an appointment for me and my daughter for the flu shot. She blankly stared at me, looked down at her watch, and said " yeah 4", to which I said, I am only a little late. So she says yeah but there's a 20 minute window in-between appointments, and we are booked up, mind you there were only an older couple sitting there. So then she says I'll see what she says, and walks off, comes back and says " yeah ,you'll have to reschedule, or try to go through the pharmacy. I've had my flu shot before, and they are relatively quick. So yes I was upset because 8 min??? I just think that is absurd. And she was so rude and didn't need to be. To blankly stared at someone and look at their watch like I was coming in two hours late trying to get in. Yeah I won't be making an appointment there EVER again. THANK GOODNESS.

I bought a pack of sub buns and one was missing and it appeared to me that the bag had been opened. I will be more careful if I shop here again. Just lower your expectations if you shop here!

Getting worse and worse. Was just told they have been using an insurance that I haven't had in 8 years for everything. Even after updating my insurance information for what seems.like every 6 month. Like how? I was told to come back in 3 hrs to get my meds . I've been burned by that before so I called only to be told that they are out of stock and wouldn't be able to fill it. Like this place is falling apart.

Terrible customer service. Be prepared to wait for your prescription. I had a prescription called in. Made a call to the pharmacy to see how long it would be, decided it would be more convenient to pick it up the following morning. Came to the drive through the next day only to find out our prescription was not even filled, and this was after waiting 30 minutes in line.

So important to share praise when you get good service! I drive from Versailles to the Piqua Kroger as their staff is exceptional and their inventory is very good. I was asked 3 different times today by employees if I was finding everything ok. SO friendly!! Even the sushi chef asked if I was finding what I wanted! Fresh fruits and veggie section is varied and has everything I need every time I shop there. Greenville Kroger needs to take serious notes on how to manage a well run store! Thankyou Piqua Kroger!

Very Slow cashier with grey hair she talked about her cat for 20 minutes!!!!! She took forever to scan only a few items !!!!!
