“Well went TSC Troy to buy a trailer to haul ATV. Went my other stores and the trailers were all scratched and dented. Prices were comparable. Quality was definitely better and perfect condition. If I wanted scratched and dented I'd buy used. Braiden helped me as soon as I come I. The store and went straight outside. They were busy but cashier was talking care of checkout. He got the title and even made sure the lights worked before we drove away! Definitely very knowledgeable and excellent customer service. We got the 5.5' x 9' because of the extra features and better wheels. Worthy the extra drive and money.”

Most of the time.3) Do not hesitate to engage a chat session with a customer service specialist. I have resolved every single issue with an online rep and they have been absolutely wonderful. 5-star service.”
