I had the coupon for $9.99. My hair is so uneven and short then what it was. She even thinned my hair at the scalp. I now have tiny hair and it sticks out. I would have been better just shaving my hair. Don’t go to piqua Ohio great clips. I wish I could give 10 stars to great clips on Tuttle Road in Springfield Ohio. I love Candice she is the best made it so much better. She is so amazing no one else will touch my hair again. Shout out to beautiful Candice at great clips in Springfield Ohio on Tuttle road.

Stylist: I went and got my haircut this morning and my hair stylist was so very nice! She was very personable and did an excellent job on my hair! I should have gotten her name but I forgot. She has longer hair with a red highlight which looked really cute on her! Thank you!

Each stylist has their own method. Most if them are very personable, and good at what they do. Occasionally, they have "messed up" , they will correct it . Most of the time I don't see those stylists again, whether it be a personal or business decision. Price is continuing to go up, which IMO is kinda crazy.

Tammy and Joy cut both of my boys hair. Did an awful job. My oldest boy had cuts on his neck and ear and my other younger son was supposed to have a medium zero fade which looked uneven with his bangs super crooked.
When I complained to Tammy about the cuts, she immediately got defensive and said he moved around alot trying to insult my intelligence.
She offered to fix my youngest sons hair, I flat out refused and wanted my money back. Will not go back there. Very unprofessional.

I could have done a better job cutting my own hair. I still left a tip, but the haircut is terrible. I will just have to wear a hat for a while.

Visiting from Nova Scotia and all of a sudden I needed a haircut! ? Love this place as the walk in appointment is handy and fast. Feels so much better.

Very bad experience(1/26/24 closing time) at this location. The employees began to argue in front of me and the other parent in the store. The other stylist was with a child with special needs. The other stylist was cut my child’s hair. The special needs child was very disruptive and loud. Nothing was said to the parent of the special needs child in anyway before this incident. The stylist cutting my child’s hair was getting a little disturbed by the special needs child behavior. The stylist then stepped back away from my sons chair and began to cover her ears. The special needs child was screaming very loudly at this point. The other stylist looked at my childs stylist and yelled at her “ (stylist name)he’s autistic geesh he can’t help it “ my child’s stylist “well your trying to much you need to give him a break”. They said nothing else to each other. This made me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. This store has really gone the wrong direction the last 12 months. I have taken my children here for years and have had a great experience in there up until about a year ago. Summer is amazing in there and she has always done great to my children. I hope this location gets fixed and soon.

My boys love their haircuts! I usually try to show pictures of what they want just to make it a bit easier. I mean nobody can read minds and sometimes the vision you see and try to explain isn't fully understood. So I learned to find pics of what kind of haircut my kiddos like. With this process they have done very well!
