Our dog had to have emergency surgery on her ear today. They gave me one price then charged me more when I went to pick her up. They left her ear open . The stitches look terrible. I WILL NEVER TAKE A PET BACK THERE EVER AGAIN.

I took my dog Maggie there. When I got her she was severely abused. It takes patience with her.
Susan took her back, I immediately didn’t care for her. I’m on disability and wanted an allergy shot and toe nails clipped. I told her before they did anything!!! She didn’t. She brought Maggie back with blood going everywhere on 2 toenails. If you can’t cut a dogs toenails then you shouldn’t be working there. Then they charged $25 to bring her back bleeding!!! I told her to take her back and take care of it. Her response to me was, she’ll get upset! Really???? Then she told me my bill was $150. Didn’t have it. And if she had told me before she took Maggie back, I would have had someone else do them!!! She wouldn’t allow me to go home and call back with a different card to pay her, and if I didn’t pay right then, they would keep my dog! Are you kidding me!!! I thought she was joking! There was no way I would have left my dog with them!!! To me, if that’s their rule, they are strictly in it for the money!! I don’t want to go to a vet when money is their main concern, not the patient!!! And had she listened to me when I made it very clear, let me know before you do anything, it wouldn’t have gone that far!! I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to that vets office in Troy!! It won’t happen again!!!

Love them..
They have gotten me in at a moments notice due to my cat being injured.
They are nice and attentative to needs of my cat.
I have also taken my ferret there .
Good staff.

Always work us in their schedule when something urgent comes up. Kind staff. Clean facilities. A little high priced compared to our old vet but we appreciate them being so accommodating that we don’t mind.

This office has saved me so much money over the past year. They truly care about your fur babies and want to make it as affordable as possible. Happy and healthy pets and owners are the proof in the pudding. 10/10 recommend

As far as care and listening to your concerns about your furry family member I give Dr. Current and staff 5 Stars. The only reason for a four star rating is cost. It shouldn't require a 2nd mortgage or an outrageous interest rate credit card to get your companion help. I realize costs have skyrocketed but not everyone's finances increase with price increases. This is not exclusive to this veterinary clinic. This is 90% of Veterinary Services.

Constantly trying to up sale. I explained what I needed done and explained that my finances were tight. Continued to up sale me and warned me that if my pets had any fleas they would charge me for the treatment. I felt threatened and they were more concerned with making money than any compassion for my pet.

My Rat Terrier Jack Russell cross had an infection on his ankle. I was headed to Ohio and started calling around for a vet near Dayton, but no one would help. Then, I called Community Vet Clinic in Troy, who were very willing to help. I scheduled an appointment, and now my fur baby is on his way to recovery

Service was good. Problem is they do services they do not ask about and charge you for them, I felt like my dog was a hostage girvmy payment.

This was my first experience with them! I decided new dog new vet ❤️ Taco isn’t a huge fan ? (him had to have a shot and labs) I am though! The vet was very good natured, so was the young lady that we saw before the vet! Their prices are honestly not terrible!! They also have an extras list like a dollar add on items such as an ear cleaning, heart worm prevention pill, bandanas and a couple other things!! Would definitely recommend! Also when I put a vet recommendations post up on Facebook ! Every single person said to go to community vet in Piqua Ohio! That was enough for me to give ‘em a try

I was quoted a price of leas than $54. Go day of service and the price literally tripled. Don't quote something over phone if you aren't sure of price. Disappointed is a very big understatement!!!!! We won't be back ever again.
