Went to get money out an said they couldn't help me cause "it exceeded the daily limit" went to 5/3rd they helped me right away an actually were able to rerun it after attempting once before an it only took like 15 Mins an was able to leave with my money. This bank is lazy an don't care to be patient an help you figure it out 2nd year In a row they were to lazy to help me . Goto 5th 3rd they actually care to help you.

I tried to open a bank account online but you have to got through so many steps and when you get to 1 it doesn't even so what is the danm poi t I give the negative review just like the rest of the banks because they ran by the government as long as the government gets money from they care if we pay are bills or not

We were looking to purchase a camper in Sydney, OH and needed a notary this weekend. I don't know when Chase started doing this but apparently they require a Chase account for notary services.

I have three accounts with Chase bank one checking to savings I’ve been with this bank for almost six years and I hate it . It seems like ever time I check my accounts there some kind of Service fee today two of my accounts got hit with 10.10 charges and of the two also got charged with a $12 monthly maintenance fee because I haven’t had $500 directly deposited which it states on my terms if I have more than 5000 and either accounts I don’t have to have direct deposits and I have more than five grand in one of my savings Wright patt in going to open on the 24th can’t wait I’m DONE WITH CHASE

I have had nothing but awful experiences with this brance. I don't usually leave reviews, but today has really pushed me over the edge. I have called twice now to have a check rerouted to the correct account. Troy Chase was able to help me with no issues and we were able to resolve the problem in a day. Every time I call Piqua I am told there is nothing that can be done to help me and I won't see my money for 3-5 days. How is it I call Troy and they are able to figure out the solution in a matter of minutes?! Every time I time I call Piqua I am brushed off and given the run around. I willl be taking my business to Troy.This is ridiculous.

Awful customer service at this location! We walked in right at opening of the day.No one was in line infront of us, we stood there waiting for a teller to help us.One teller was just walking around behind the desk and another employee walked right past us neither acknowledged us.We came in to set up my sons first bank account and was hoping it would be a fun positive experience for him. We left and went to a different location.

Went with my son to set up his first checking account. Lady said she was busy but then sat in her office doing nothing. We proceeded to cash his first paycheck. The check was issued by Chase bank itself yet they charged us $8 to cash it. His first paycheck! They wouldnt set up an account for him and them screwed him out of money. I shall never do business with that establishment ever again.

I am very frustrated with the customer service at Chase Piqua. Saturday my husband and I came in at 11:50pm to set up and account and were turned away because we didn't have an appointment even though they didn't close until 1pm. We then set up and appointment for the following week. Once we showed up (4:30pm) the bank was closed due to cold weather. We never recieved a phone call and my husband took off work early for no reason. We feel disrespected and will not being using Chase as our bank.
