Look if they say that if you don't get a warranty you cant bring the item back and you don't get said warranty it's your fault not theirs??????

If I could give 0 stars I would I bought a Xbox one remote with charging tray and it does not work at all so I called them and they said because I didn't buy the warranty they won't exchange it so I am out $42

Used to be a nice place a couple of years ago but now the staff are extremely rude and lowball you on brand new items. Don't go here!
