Our brakes went out at a northbound I75 rest stop in Piqua OH. Our AAA road service hooked us up with Bushnell’s Collision & Towing. From the moment we talked with Kathy in the office until Brandon delivered our car and us back to Michigan - 3 1/2 hours+ we were treated with kindness, compassion for our circumstances, friendly conversation with Brandon on the road trip turning a very stressful afternoon into an almost pleasant trip. We don’t have enough words to express our gratitude for helping us get back home safely and delivering our car to the dealership for repairs thank you so much ✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨✨

I'll give this company a solid 2 for promptness in picking up my car on the expressway after my accident. The customer service is severely lacking. The receptionist was near impossible to talk to. She yelled the entire phone call. She was abrasive and inattentive. She placed me on hold 3 times and none of them was for anything I asked for since she never let me completely ask my questions without interruption. So I physically go into the business to retrieve my items from my car. The guy at the front was completely ignoring what I had to say until I said another person was coming to pick my totaled car up. All he heard was that and said nobody is picking up anything without payment. I never said I wasn't going to pay but that's all you heard instead of telling me how the process works like I asked initially.

i’d give zero if i could.
simply just for the customer service over the phone.
i shouldn’t have to call time and time again because the receptionist chooses to HANG UP when i'm asking to speak with Matt.
i grew up in this town and i try to support local businesses, but it’s really disappointing to be treated so horribly by a family owned business.
