Somewhat below average. Basically a warehouse with appliances, furniture, and mattresses. Not much truly set up for the customer convenience. Prices were high considering they are more of a warehouse store... You would expect better pricing, but I guess not.

We had a dresser that we had bought from them, and when we opened up the box, we found that the leg was disintegrated, and the dresser was not usable. We called them to let them know and they were very nice and helpful on the phone and told us that we could’ve come in and exchange it for a new one. They were very helpful and did a great job getting us taken care of.

My husband and I were just in the store to purchase a washer and dryer, the guy working today did not want to help us, acted like we was wasting his time. We told him we would not be back and he said ok.

I made the purchase online, they sent me an email that I could pick up the products according to the store's schedule, when I went to pick up, "this was sold out" I traveled an hour for nothing. I do not recommend buying here, their promotions are a lie.

Didn't look under the chair it has pieces of wood just piecing it together and it didn't feel like it did when we were at the store I guess you get what you pay for
