Friendly people when they’re actually open. Inconsistent hours and never open when they say they will be…
It won’t let me reply only edit the review. piketon location—even followed per the custom voicemail saying they would open January 3rd, they were closed. Then checked online hours per Google saying updated by business 2 weeks ago-should have been open today 10 am—I was there around 11:30am and closed..called again a little later, same un updated voicemail saying they will be open January 3rd.

DO NOT USE THEM TO OPEN YOUR POOL!!! ALL THEY DO IS PUT CHEMICALS IN YOUR POOL SOMETHING WE COULD HAVE DONE THEY DO NOT BRUSH THE WALLS OR ANYTHING PLUS NOT TO MENTION THE RUDEST POOL OPENERS IVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH THE GUY WHO CLOSED OUR POOL LAST YEAR NICE GUY THIS GUY NOT SO MUCH HE TOLD ME I USED THE WRONG POOL OPENERS THATS OBVIOUSLY TRUE.....I MIGHT ADD NO WHERE ON THE PHONE DID THEY MENTION I NEEDED TO SCED A POOL CLEANING ALSO ON A DIFFERENT DATE...OHHH LETS NOT FORGET LEAVING MY FUSE BOX PANEL OPEN FOR RAIN TO GET INSIDE BUT YEAH GREAT GUYS (SARCASM)!!!

Cindy and the crew at radiant pools are wonderful. Water analysis is quick, and they let you know exactly what product, and how much of that product to add to your particular pool. This is certainly great information for new pool owners. We purchased our pool there three years ago, And they are ready to help you in anyway you want. If you think you know what to buy, they will ask you Why you are buying that product, and then tell you what you really need to buy!

Called three times in a two week period and someone was to call me back about service on our Nordic hot tub, they did not respond. The third try I finally spoke to Cindy. She was quick to inform me that it was pool season and she couldn't do a thing for us right now.She's a very rude person. I'll be sure to spread my displeasure with whomever I can about doing business with this place and person. I will also voice my displeasure with Nordic.
