And as a bonus they know hardware, if it's new to you & you describe it or it's function they can take you right to it.Since I'd rather spend my money with a family owned local business than any of the big box stores corporations it suits me fine.”

“Arrived right at my 1100 appt time, with a line of trucks already 4 deep ahead of me. Once I got thru the line to the receiving window (pretty quickly), they gave me a dock door right away with good directions. I did hear them tell another driver in front of me that his appt time was not until 1300 and to go sit in the holding lot and come back at 1300. So no early deliveries here.Move tandems to the rear, break the seal and put it in the trailer, back into the door, stay hooked and wait for the red light to turn green. Once green, pull forward a little ways and the dock employees will give you paperwork thru the same dock door. Started unloading almost immediately and was done before I could even eat my lunch. Super nice gals at the receiving window. Easy to dock, fast unloading.”
