“Amazing event planning experience from start to finish. If you haven't noticed by the other reviews, Barbie is a ROCKSTAR. You are not only getting a great venue at a fair price, but you are paired with one of the best event managers in the biz! Thank you to the whole staff that made our experience one to remember!”

“I had driven by this restaurant a hundred times and noticed that the parking lot always had lots of cars, but I never stopped in until recently. I shouldn't have waited so long. It's a great small town diner with a fun atmosphere, clean environment, prompt and friendly service, broad menu selections, good price and food. I recommend the chili and the reuben sandwich.”

“This was my first time at the Pub. The food was good and very reasonably priced. Me and my wife meet with a couple from out of town a few times a year. We are always looking for a nice relaxing place to go and we all agreed this would be a place we would return to. We went to see the inflatables (Christmas event) along the driveway and stayed for the food.”

“This is a quiet little piece of history that I've enjoyed coming to countless times. They have a wide selection of books, and the building is older but I mean that in one of the best ways possible. You can tell there is so much history with the architecture and that they really do care for their library.”

“The venue is so beautiful and well maintained! Lots of options for different styles of weddings as it's a large place on some substantial acreage. Our coordinator was very nice. As the wedding day approached she did seem a little scattered, but she did say she had a lot of other weddings on her plate. She still did a wonderful job keeping things on schedule and managing the staff during my friends wedding. The only negative feedback I would share is that they only allow you to arrive two hours before your event. That's not a lot of time to get a bride into her dress, get the bridal party ready and get the mother's of the bride and groom ready. We did do hair ahead of time but it was still very rushed. We also did some pre ceremony photos and we didn't get half the pictures we wanted to because there just wasn't time. The wedding was on a Sunday afternoon and there were no other weddings taking place there. I'm not sure why we couldn't have arrived a little earlier, even if we could only get into the bridal suite to get ready and not the venue space. The food was delicious and the staff was very polite. I think any bride would be happy having a wedding here, I just recommend pushing them to give you more time to get ready.”

“The kids had a blast. Some didn’t want to leave. You really don’t have to buy anything, they provide so much in their party packages. The staff, hands down one of the most AMAZING and helpful staffs I’ve ever worked with for a party!! I can’t say enough good things about Sarah and her crew!! Thank you so much for making this party less stressful on me! We will be back!”

“I absolutely love this place!!! We know two of the bartenders which gives you calm and peace. No problems. They don’t just let everyone in. If you cause problems you are out of there and banned. They have Amazing food. Wing’s especially!!! All their food is good. There are a couple bartenders that pick and choice who they want to take care of and are snappy. So we make sure we come when Jasmine and Chi chi are there. They are attentive and always makes sure everyone is god with no attitude unless you cause it lol. I don’t go to bars a lot but this is one of my favorites. I feel safe and no anxiety. Spacious place. Not all dark and people bumping into you.”

“I chose Via Vecchia as my wedding venue and am so happy with the experience. Not only is the indoor and outdoor space beautiful - the owners were amazing to work with. My husband and I were offered great suggestions that helped our wedding day go smoothly, and all the little details of the day were handled with professionalism and care. Our guests were raving about how much fun they had and everyone loved having the dance floor outside on the patio under the string lights. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking to host a wedding or event. They also have great wine and sangria that is available to order online. If you get a chance to attend one of their wine tastings definitely go - we learned a lot about wine that we didn’t know before. Mike and Paolo are the best! I can’t imagine having had our wedding anywhere else.”

“Thank God this place is under new management! The previous owner had absolutely no customer service etiquette and did not care enough to put his profit back into his business, ie dirty carpets and damaged banquet chairs. He also had a very dismissive and a 'it is was it is' attitude. Because I needed a venue on a specific date(all venues I called were booked on that date) and that allowed me to bring my own food and alcoholic beverages, I felt forced to enter into a contract with this person. But due to unforeseen circumstances, I had to call today to cancel my contract - and actually very happy to do so because I hated the thought of giving my money to this person. Surprisingly, a man by the name of Argun answered the phone and explained that he was the new owner of Crossroads. I talked with him about my experience with the previous owner and he stated that he is in the process of replacing all of the chairs and carpets and doing other things to make the venue more appealing. He appreciated my concern and stated if I am ever in need of a venue again that he would make sure I would be satisfied with his services. This is what customer service is about. If I actually had to use this venue under the previous owner my review surely would have been very negative and I would have warned people about using this venue, as was in the previous reviews under the previous owner. But now after talking with Argun, I would invite you to check out Crossroads Wedding and Event Center. I appreciated his customer service on the phone, his wanting to give the community a venue to be enjoyed by all as well as wanting to put his customers first! I”

“Not a bad facility. Located right off 270 and has multi purpose courts for basketball, volleyball and even futsal. Have done practices and tournaments there and know there is flexibility with scheduling court time. Smaller parking lot can get busy during peak hours.”

“We had the pleasure of renting a cabin a little over two years ago. The cabin was perfect, Exactly what we expected. When we checked in we was greeted by the utmost friendliness staff. The cabin was clean and stocked with things that could have been forgotten during a quick pack. Our trip was not planned but last minute. The fisherfamilyretreat was able to accommodate us. I was informed a few days ago that it has stopped renting out cabins. Sad to say this was definitely a hidden gem for those that enjoy nature.”

“SERVICE & CHECKINRemarkable concierge!Norma was an MVP employee & made this my favorite Sonesta checkin experience of the year (bay area Sonestas are underperforming heavily on this).Parking is available on site & they accept Tap payment.Other staff members were equally friendly-- they actually greet & smile!Room for improvement: It was a lengthier process than most hotels + required manual paperwork to complete. Early checkin also comes with a fee.LOBBY, ELEVATOR, CORRIDORSThe mini library near the elevators was a nice touch. Transitions need some work: guest floors had an odor, the carpet was stained, & all the sanitizing dispensers were empty. This building has seen some things; it's an adjustment for sure...ROOMyoutu.be/xC1uY7BNnRABrown, brown, and MORE browns~The color palette is uninspired & doesn't offset the heavily worn interior. Still, there a lot to appreciate.Strengths: lots of storage, open space, work desk, ergonomic seating, & adequate overhead lighting. There was a flight odor, but functional windows took care of that. The leather Recliner was also a treat.BEDIt did what it was supposed to. No lasting impressions & no complaints.BATHA medium-sized bathroom, with a surplus of towels! They're a bit thin & on the smaller side, but the quantity makes up for it.The combination shower had excellent water pressure & bath products were pre stocked. Ventilation was also strong.TV & ENTERTAINMENTDated on the entertainment center, featuring a ~40" mounted Panasonic SD TV. I recommend catching up on your reading with a book from the library downstairs.WI-FI & CELL RECEPTIONVerizon coverage is bare minimum even when standing by the window in comical positions;A struggle for remote work.--Performance--Video streaming - averageOnline gaming - averageVideo chatting - average --Nerd Stats--5-15 Mbps download 4-19 Mbps upload0% packet loss16 ms latency7 ms jitterFOOD & DRINKDoorDash friendly & very convenient with lots of variety. There's a mini market downstairs & a dinner within walking distance. The kitchenette is also well-equipped with ample cookware & appliances like a coffee pot & 2-burner stove. Despite the wear & tear, everything was functional.NOISEIt was an extremely quiet environment, nicely tucked away from through-traffic. There was awfully loud ceiling work/maintenance during my stay which was really unpleasant.LOCATIONLots of access within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & transit.VERDICTWhat they lack in luster, they make up for in sincerity. The building is overdue for modernization & from what I can tell they are actively working on it. It's a decent stay if you're optimizing for function.Looking forward to a renovation here.3.5/5”
