We used this UPS in Pickerington this past Saturday. My wife and I were running late and had to sign and have notarized several loan docs for our new house. The UPS owner, Ryan, put time aside just for us to make sure all of the docs were signed & notarized in time for the UPS pickup to get them before final delivery. We appreciate Ryan's help, professionalism and kindness! We are so grateful!!

Rude. Called them to help with an issue I had, even apologized because I wasn’t sure if I had the correct number. Didn’t say anything other than ‘hello’ and as I was explaining my issue the lady sighed and then hung up. Even if I hadn’t called the right number, this is NOT an acceptable way to act. Could have said something or directed me elsewhere. So rude.

Great UPS Store! Friendly staff and great service. The only UPS store open on July 4th in central Ohio and with notary services available on the holiday. Unbelievable! Thank you so much for being there for your customers!

The best shipping experience I've had was here. I have shipped multiple times being in a rush, unsure of what I needed, etc, and they have always accommodated. Most hardcore UPS store in Ohio!

The staff here is ALWAYS fast & friendly, even during holiday season. I will always come here just for the service, it's appreciated. Not to mention I love they are open here until 8pm.
