I come here all the time and the staff is usually very nice but today… I had an old white male with white hair who was extremely rude. I asked about 2 questions and each time the responses was very rude, disrespectful and with an attitude. Maybe he had a stressful day but that’s no way to talk to someone who comes for service. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been coming to this location for a long time now and to have an employee just talk to customers in a rude condescending tone specially in front of other guests was unkind. I remained respectful but It was extremely awkward and rude I just stood there until he was done so I could just leave in peace.

I had a wonderful experience with a young service member who took great time in my wants and needs for my two, wheel/rims shipment. Great customer service on both shipper and receiver's end. For sure the best UPS experience I've had to-date! Keep it up!

Franklin checked me out at Hill Rd UPS Store, and he was incredible! Even before I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and a friendly welcome. His positive energy and professionalism truly made my visit a great experience. Excellent customer service!

I have used the UPS store so many times and have always been met with respectful customer service, and no matter what my needs are with shipping in particular to out of state, UPS takes great care in my packages and they get there on time very promptly that means a lot to me

I showed up and forgot to have it in a box and I was in a rush. The gentleman helped me had an envelope it would fit in for $.99 very thorough very friendly.
