Their selection of work boots sucks.. I wasted my gas money driving 20 minutes when I should have just went to ZZ boots on S. Hamilton Rd they have the biggest selection in Columbus

I was told to come to tractor supply for supplies for my pocket pets bc its so much cheaper than amazon, Walmart, petsmart, etc. And its so true! They are so much cheaper even when petsmart is having sales. I totally recommend checking this place out. The customer service was great too. The stuff I needed was easy to find without assistance. Loved my exp here n will b back!

I purchased a pair of Wrangler jeans some time ago. They still had the tags on them, but they were the wrong size and didn't hang on to the receipt. I went to customer service counter and explained the situation. They were great about taking them back, as well as having the right size shipped to my home at no charge. Great customer service!

Bad experience today but not the normal. Normally love this place and I let a simple mistake upset me more than normal. It did affect my entire day off work however and I do not get many. They usually treat me great and the only store I actually hold a credit card to if that says anything. A little training could help so it’s always a 5 star experience.

Kayiegh, Kaitlan and Bobby were the most patient and helpful retail associates that I have have help me in the past three years of my life, hands down! I highly recommend this location when you need to brainstorm and help finding difficult parts.

Fairly priced feed store with plenty of options regardless of the animals you have. They carry a large variety of work clothes and boots. They also carry PPE like safety glasses and gloves.A decent variety of tools as well. Not nearly the variety as a home Depot or Lowe's, but they carry plenty of hand tools and more pneumatic and welding supplies than most big box stores do.

I purchased a 6 inch flue brush and pole for the brush. I looked at four other stores before Tractor Supply. I sure started at the wrong store. Lesson learned. Great store and great staff.
