I hate coming but when I am done with Title boxing I feel amazing! Not only do I get my frustrations out on a punching bag, I also get a solid workout. I am addicted and I love it! If you are thinking about trying it don't hesitate just do it. You will not regret it. Just remember... be ready to workout!

As a new member, I cannot say enough GOOD things about the establishment, the people and the owners. They go above and beyond and help you to meet your goals. Absolutely recommend!!
