I went to kroger and usually i absolutely love it, it's right by my house and it's convenient. i bought the red seedless grapes and was taking some out of the box when i saw webs, i didn't think anything bad so i ate some i look at a grape turn the light on and their is a dead spider on it. i should have washed it yes, but the fact of the matter is i had a dead spider on food that should be prepared well into a selling service. i was disgusted and terrified. never again.

Never have anything but problems at this location. Specifically service and clicklist. And it doesn't matter how many times you call in, even if it's just after they call you, nobody ever answers. I called 5 times over the course of an hour and never got anyone to answer no matter the department I call. Always adjusting pickup timeslots by multiple hours. If you can't reasonably staff the place, close the doors.

They had what I wanted. I'm older, over 70 & couldn't bring my cart in. I need it to leen on. I had the guy working there get my item for me & bring it to the register. I'm sure they don't want carts running into glass bottles on the shelves & the room isn't very big. It wasn't busy, since near closing time. I understand they can't do it for one & not others. So, I was helped & taken care of. ??

They racial profile at the Kroger in Pickerington on Hill rd...Needs new management and cashiers at the self checkout. They try to do their racial harassment and profiling in a slightly slicker way and it's even built into the tech (self checkout etc.)around there. The cashiers can be like bullies there as well, how long before it is taken care of?

Had to call corporate to get some satisfaction from a major Bo Bo Here goes. Ordered a cake white on white two layer for Thursday 2/23. Waited around bakery for I don't know how long before going to flower shop and ask for customer service at bakery. Young lady says can I help you and I have her the name and she retrieved it for me. It was when I got home I realized that My son name was added on to a cake that already had a name on cake. Gee whiz. Called the store. Sorry sorry sorry. No one ask how much I paid or if I wanted refunded. All they said was sorry. Unbelievable ask to talk with manager. Sing and dance but no refund. Wow. Kroger is a big chain. What's happening out there that someone would do such a thing. Insult to injury. No one at local level wanted to even offer me a refund. Sad day

This is actually my favorite Kroger to go to in the city. They always have what I need, helpful staff, clean store- and always up to date on technology, seems like they are the tester store for all the new products and equipment. The loud joyful lady at self checkout is my favorite.

I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.

I thought the Giant Eagle in Groveport was bad regarding people not wearing face masks, but the Kroger in Pickerington off Refugee Road is easily the worst place I have been in since the pandemic began. Easily over half the customers did not wear masks. We almost left before finishing shopping but decided to hurry, pay quickly, and leave. The store has signs about wearing masks, and I heard an announcement about wearing masks, but there is no enforcement. The cashier told us only the manager can say anything about masks to customers; from what we saw s/he was not doing anything about masks (which we understand, given how irrational some people are about not protecting themselves and others). Despite having professional appointments nearby, we will not be going there again.

Let's make this as simple as possible. I shop here often because it's close. But here are it's strengths and weaknesses:STRENGTHS-- They have a decent selection of ethnic choices.-- They've set up a pretty comfortable waiting area for the clinic and pharm.-- Pretty decent meat department...not too many complaints.-- They are priced competitively.WEAKNESSES-- Understaffed. But so is everybody.-- They fail to check on expiration dates regularly.-- They tend to miss depleted stock when they reorder.-- Let's stop relying so much on those newfangled self-checkouts, folks...some of us are old and in pain.-- You guys need to appoint a really strict Catholic nun armed with a big paddle to patrol the produce section, checking for rotten and moldy product....Oh...and give Duane a big raise before he retires, dammit.

My favorite Kroger. Very clean, usually not too packed and they always have what we need.
