"My" store in Pickerington is not only convenient but the store always looks brand new even though it's been open for several years. The employees are not only professional but personable and always willing to help. I especially look forward to John helping me. He's knowledgeable, respectful and always makes you feel welcome whether you're purchasing something or getting paint strips/books for ideas.

Sales associates are always very helpful with any questions. Online orders are made promptly. Never had any issues.

I recently was in and purchased some materials, afterwards I received an email asking for a review so I filled out there form and emailed it back. There was some small things i was unhappy with, very minor things but i just gave them an honest review. They proceeded to reach out to me via email and call to see what they could do to make things better. For me this was not necessary, it was very minor and would have never posted anything had i not received an email asking me to.Anyways they have followed up with me multiple times to make sure that I was happy. It was very nice seeing a business care about their customers the way this management team did especially on such a small purchase.Thank You

I am a bit thrown off from this specific location sales people.I am a contractor. I have used Sherwin dozens of times throughout my career. Usually, very helpful especially my previous account rep at a different location.But... for Some reason, I go into this particular location for now the 3rd time and this same sales guy says a gallon of paint is one price and then it ends up being significantly more at checkout, **after mixing the color (because mixed paint is nonrefundable). You tell a customer $30-$40/gallon and then upon check-out, it's somehow $72/gallon?Which, in my case, is hundreds of dollars difference, with the amount I purchase. And then when I mention it, magically they then take a 30% discount to lower the price but still not even close to what previously stated? (Seems a bit shady to me)But, in which ok, great, thank you for the misleading, but follow up recovery to make it right.But, now, when I go to pay, he says, we dont take cash here, and he was going to let me then leave the store without my purchase for my client.So, before I leave, I say, just to make sure, at this store you dont take any cash? He says, no, not at this terminal...I was like, not this terminal?So then another customer behind me says, what about that terminal next to you, so then sales guy says, "ok.. well I guess I can move to that computer." And then takes my cash?! ->( Im super confused at this point.)Ok, soo because youre too lazy to switch computers to take a customers cash, youre going to let a contractor leave the store entirely without his clients products? Therefore not selling hundreds of dollars worth of product for the store? Wonder how many times this has happened to the store? Lost revenue, Due to the laziness of todays youth...Not to mention the sheer rudeness and disrespect to contractors who are consistently repeat customers.I can and will just buy my clients products for way cheaper at a different business entirely moving forward.(Customer service/Sales Training Needed)Thanks. This is usually a decent location, over the past year or so though, it has gone downhill. Management is lacking to say the least. The sales reps are also significantly slacking. The general staff though is usually pretty great and very helpful. It's a 50/50 shot on recommending this location or not.

Stained our entire deck with a recommended stain from this location, after three gallons, this location ran out. We then went to another location to finish the project and we were told what had been using was not rated for decks, stain is flaking off, what a waste will never shop here again

Don and I have been doing quite a bit of updating, painting, etc and I just want to give a big shout out to the Pickerington Sherwin-Williams Paint Store. We were going out of our comfort zone to use a stain on a few projects and when we tried it on a table top, the wood on our project did not take it well. I wasn't happy with the look I got on this particular project. The manager had told us, if it doesn't work, you can certainly bring it back. We took it back and he was a person of his word. Thank you for the professional knowledge in the Pickerington store! So glad you are here!
