I had an issue with an online reservation and Pam gave me some guidance to complete the reservation over the phone and I was also able to stop by and work with her in person to make an adjustment to the rental! “I recently had the pleasure of renting a storage space at Public Storage at 701 Windmiller Drive, Pickerington, Ohio and my experience was amazing thanks to the outstanding help from Cheryl. With the help of her expertise, our organization picked out the perfect size unit and Cheryl helped us with our unique needs as a charitable organization. Cheryl helped us set up the account so that it is owned by the charitable organization but allowed a donor to pay for the storage. This was complicated but Cheryl got it done for us in no time! This arrangement is important for the charitable organization to comply with all the requirements for operating a charitable organization. Cheryl is such a capable and helpful person! We really appreciate her! The facility at Pickerington is very well maintained. It is very clean and secure too. Thank you Cheryl for all your help!”
