I can't thank the folks at Rutherford enough for providing excellent customer service in a world where even decent service is nearly impossible to come by. My insurance carrier, the first auto-glass shop attempted, and the rental car company- all major, national companies, made the process of a simple windshield replacement a month-long nightmare. RUTHERFORD DID THEIR PART IN TWO BUSINESS DAYS! Rutherford emailed daily with a status update, even to simply notify me that the insurer was still failing to respond. Once insurance payment was verified, parts were ordered and I had my vehicle back in my garage. Erie failed. Safelight failed. Enterprise failed. None of them cared, at all. Rutherford was the only saving grace in the entire ordeal. They will be my first call next time.

Worst body shop ever! Worst customer service and racially discriminatory! Don't take your vehicle there. You've been warned. If there's a way I can give them 0 star, I would.
I took my car there for an estimate on the recommendation of my insurance company. After I waited for about 30 minutes, Angie came outside to inspect my car. As soon as she saw my car (an old), she started making negative comments about my car. She said my car looks like a salvage car, and that isn't well kept and properly maintained which makes me angry, but I didn't say anything. We went back inside and after I waited for another 20 minutes, she came out and said she'll send the estimate to my insurance company. The insurance company called me a day later and said Rutherford Auto Body shop has refused to repair my car. I asked why, my insurance company said Angie's estimate indicated that my car has prior accident damage that I wanted to include to the current claim. She also indicated that I was acting suspicious and it appears that my claim might be questionable. She also told my insurance company that my car is not well maintained and and dirty! What she told my insurance company is absolutely nonsense! I firmly believe that I was treated differently. I'll never go there again or recommend it to anyone!

Being a 21 year old woman, finding a trusting auto body can be incredibly difficult. My experience with Rutherford has been the best auto experience I have had in my life, and I am not saying that lightly! My vehicle had a decent amount of damage done to it, and Angie made sure to send me updates almost daily and was an incredible help through the entire repair and rental process. I absolutely recommend Rutherford Auto Body to anyone and everyone. I've been to a couple different body shops previously and was never met with the same attentiveness or kindness as I was at Rutherford. A HUGE thank you to Angie and the whole team over there, I cannot express how happy and appreciative I am of your service. Do not hesitate to bring your vehicle here!Services: Painting

I’ll make this short.The company provided me a written estimate which I already thought was kind of high. I called three days later to ask questions and schedule repairs. Angie stated the estimate was incorrectly done and they “would have to add a lot more to it.” This speaks to incompetence, unprofessionalism and an attempt to gouge (read the negative reviews). NOPE!

Will not repair cars made before 2011. Save your time before calling/scheduling. I'm sure they do good work, it's unfortunate most cars won't be able to use their services. ?
