“The level of customer service at freedom pharmacy is 10/10. I never feel like I'm bothering anybody when I call in with a question. The prescriptions are always ready quickly and I always save 50% from using a retail pharmacy. I had a Rx for antibiotic. My provider sent it to a retail pharmacy by accident, and then corrected & sent it to Freedom Pharmacy. Freedom Pharmacy had it ready within the hour, the retail pharmacy had not even started processing it until the next day. Once again, the cost difference was 50% cheaper by eliminating the middle man and letting Freedom pharmacy fill it.”
“We definitely need a Kroger fuel pump back home in Logan county in Wyoming county West Virginia. I saved almost 50 cents a gallon because we have a Krogers here and I had saved up so many Kroger points it was great for my long trip.”

“I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.”
“I always thought this was just a giant pharmacy store, turns out it's basically just a mini Walmart.
You can fully grocery shop here and they even carry stuff like cloths and automotive goods! (Granted it's a much smaller selection but still.) Their prices are competitive even to the likes of Walmart and the Drug Mart brand products are a bargain! My only gripe is, because it's a small store, certain items are special stock and don't get restocked regularly. They're almost never busy in the morning so I've started grocery shopping here and it's so much more peaceful!

“Pickerington Hill Road Kroger couldn't fulfill my order *(even though I had ordered a week prior. They canceled less then 24 hours before my party because they had used up all the icing. Everywhere was slammed and wouldn't take my order. Thankfully the awesome ladies in the bakery saved my daughters party by taking my order and making and absolutely awesome cake at the last minute! “They fill RX here pretty quickly. The only issue I’ve ever had is if RX is sent over shortly before or during their lunch hour.. had a couple get a little lost in the pile because they were sent around their lunch time & it took couple hours to get fulfilled. Otherwise, they’re really fast. I’ve also ordered online many times with pickups both in-store & curbside. Turnaround on those orders is usually quick as well. Staff is friendly & helpful.”
