Kat was so helpful and kind with us and our new puppy. The entire staff was wonderful and made it so easy and exciting getting our new forever friend.

Kennedy was an absolute champ helping me pick a jacket for my pitty. I changed my mind 17 times—basically hosting my own personal fashion meltdown—& she stayed patient like she was training for the Customer Service Olympics. Honestly, I think she deserves hazard pay.
