Meredith was very helpful in helping us find a new loveseat. We had to come back later to pick it up. Pickup went smoothly, but we didn’t get the cords and the power supply. We’re two hours away and hated to drive back again. Meredith let us know they would overnight it, but when they had a problem getting it sent, one of the employees, Corey, drove here and delivered it himself. That is service!!

Had the best experience at this store. Found couches for two different rooms including rugs, lamp and pillows. Thrilled with our purchases and can’t wait to see them in our home. Corey and Angel were super helpful and friendly. None of the high pressure tactics or following us around but always available to answer questions and listen to our thoughts and concerns. Highly recommend and we will be back. Thanks!

Angel greeted us shortly after entering their store. He asked us about color and did we prefer manually or electrically operated La-Z-Boy chair. Then he pointed out the less expensive to more expensive ones. We tried out quite a few chairs as Angel gave us the time to pick out a couple favorites. Once we selected the best fit for us Angel completed the paperwork and he and an associate loaded it into our Acadia and we left. He was very helpful and polite, and absolutely no sales pressure at all.
