Kroger's sucks anymore their employees are not well trained and to busy chit chatting, their pharmacies suck understaffed probably because they're underpaid, managers are worthless!!! Go anywhere else. Price doesn't matter with all the bullshit you have to put up with!!

I went to pick up a prescription and the woman told me she would not wait on me while I was on my phone. She was not kind about it but rather rude. Made me feel stupid and small amidst a bunch of people. Not cool so not cool

Worst pharmacy experience in my life. I feel very sorry for the people who work there. They are the most unpleasant, rude, and miserable employees that I’ve ever encountered. Kroger should be ashamed of this location and their staff.

I switched to this pickerington location after moving to pickerington in march of 2021 . i suffer from multitude of things that need medications which may require scheduled medications or higher doses . when your doctor writes a prescription she is doing it for a reason and since i look like a normal guy with no problems i was stereotyped and denied my medication! one of the medications had life threatening side effects if not taking otherwise known as withdrawal and she actually told me i was wrong that you could not die from benzo withdrawal but anybody who knows the medical field knows that u absolutely can! this was on a saturday when my doctors office was closed so if you are ever in need of a pharmacy and you don't want to be stereotyped the way i was i highly recommend you stay far away from this pharmacy!!!

Explain to Mark your cashier that he needs to be friendly and respectful to all of your customers and not just the Caucasian ones. I was in there this morning he was extra super friendly to the older woman who was in front of me in line (white woman) but when it was my turn to check out he was rude, clearly annoyed with me, short with me, and rushed me out. I was as nice and polite as can be, I would give zero stars if possible because of this one uncomfortable experience. I'm mixed race but I work hard and pay for my items just like every other customer that walks through your doors, I didn't deserve that disrespect and neither does anyone else.

I have been shopping at this store for a bit, mainly due to the convenience. This store is normally fully stocked and has a great variety. The bakery is on point and their produce is always impressive. I will continue to frequent this store as long as it maintains it current level of service!

I feel it necessary, since we're in a pandemic, to comment on the cleanliness of Kroger's carts !There is no cleanliness unless you want to try to clean your cart yourself, with the paper towel roll that doesn't have any paper towels. You might also try to use the wet wipes that are empty.Seriously? With the amount of business that that Kroger store does ,they should be able to pay someone to stand there and monitor the carts and do nothing else! I rarely go to Kroger anymore, now rarely won't even happen!

Many employees not wearing face masks correctly. Sure not following Gov. DeWine state mandated orders. Need to step up the compliance now. Ohio is in a pandemic in case Kroger on Refugee hasn't heard. They are sitting a very poor example. This is not new, has been going on for weeks.

We went shopping and had our niece's with us when they had to go to the bathroom and we found out they were out of order and that there was no other bathroom in the store they could us .Thankfully the wendys let the girls us their bathroom

WORST customer service ever!!! I waited a whole year before writing this review thinking maybe they will grow on me but sadly no. You can stand at the counter at the pharmacy in plan sight for more than 5 minutes without anyone even acknowledging that a customer is present. No worries ur contact or “I’ll be with you in a minute” nothing! 9x out of 10 they do not carry even the most common of medications so it will always be on back order. Then when they finally order it, it gets sent to another Kroger and they don’t apologize and try to rectify the situation they just say oh well you can pick it up there. I can look past the incompetent service but to never smile or even say hello and act as if your job is so awful is beyond ridiculous. If it’s that bad working for Kroger then get a new job!!!
