Never have anything but problems at this location. Specifically service and clicklist. And it doesn't matter how many times you call in, even if it's just after they call you, nobody ever answers. I called 5 times over the course of an hour and never got anyone to answer no matter the department I call. Always adjusting pickup timeslots by multiple hours. If you can't reasonably staff the place, close the doors.

Had to call corporate to get some satisfaction from a major Bo Bo Here goes. Ordered a cake white on white two layer for Thursday 2/23. Waited around bakery for I don't know how long before going to flower shop and ask for customer service at bakery. Young lady says can I help you and I have her the name and she retrieved it for me. It was when I got home I realized that My son name was added on to a cake that already had a name on cake. Gee whiz. Called the store. Sorry sorry sorry. No one ask how much I paid or if I wanted refunded. All they said was sorry. Unbelievable ask to talk with manager. Sing and dance but no refund. Wow. Kroger is a big chain. What's happening out there that someone would do such a thing. Insult to injury. No one at local level wanted to even offer me a refund. Sad day

This is actually my favorite Kroger to go to in the city. They always have what I need, helpful staff, clean store- and always up to date on technology, seems like they are the tester store for all the new products and equipment. The loud joyful lady at self checkout is my favorite.

It takes to long for other customers and yourself to just grab something and leave. It takes TO long.

I shop at the Kroger on 256 near Refugee Rd, There's a Giant Eagle right across the street and I used to shop there. The prices are about the same and so is the service. But what gives Kroger a leg up on Giant Eagle is that Kroger has a State Liquor store in their location.

I thought the Giant Eagle in Groveport was bad regarding people not wearing face masks, but the Kroger in Pickerington off Refugee Road is easily the worst place I have been in since the pandemic began. Easily over half the customers did not wear masks. We almost left before finishing shopping but decided to hurry, pay quickly, and leave. The store has signs about wearing masks, and I heard an announcement about wearing masks, but there is no enforcement. The cashier told us only the manager can say anything about masks to customers; from what we saw s/he was not doing anything about masks (which we understand, given how irrational some people are about not protecting themselves and others). Despite having professional appointments nearby, we will not be going there again.

Let's make this as simple as possible. I shop here often because it's close. But here are it's strengths and weaknesses: STRENGTHS -- They have a decent selection of ethnic choices. -- They've set up a pretty comfortable waiting area for the clinic and pharm. -- Pretty decent meat department...not too many complaints. -- They are priced competitively. WEAKNESSES -- Understaffed. But so is everybody. -- They fail to check on expiration dates regularly. -- They tend to miss depleted stock when they reorder. -- Let's stop relying so much on those newfangled self-checkouts, folks...some of us are old and in pain. -- You guys need to appoint a really strict Catholic nun armed with a big paddle to patrol the produce section, checking for rotten and moldy product. ...Oh...and give Duane a big raise before he retires, dammit.

My favorite Kroger. Very clean, usually not too packed and they always have what we need.

This is one of the cleanest Krogers I have been in since moving to Columbus. The alcohol is really expansive and they always have something special that you're looking for. The best part about this particular location is that they have a beer and wine bar at the back of the store. We often go in and buy some cheese and crackers then head to the bar before we begin our shopping. It's easy to spend an hour at the bar and then have a lovely shopping experience after a couple of drinks. The bartenders have always been nice and super knowledgeable about the drinks that are offered. We have even brought friends who have visited to this store and they have been super surprised. We will definitely be coming back for more in the very near future!

Store closing time is 6pm, but they are guarding the door won’t let anyone in at 5:50pm - we ran there for 1 item and would have been out of the store by 5:55. When you’re store hours say you are open until 6pm, you should be open until 6pm. Very poor customer service. We were able to make it to the other one on Hill Road and they happily let us in to grab our item.

This review is not a review of the store but the product it sells. Today I ate a slice of their Kroger select banana cream pie and it was terrible; my reasons why are as such. You can just taste the additives and other unhealthy ingredients and the big deal to any pie aficionado no real ingredients. They covered it with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and gave it a fantastic crust but you will find 0 bananas in this pie, not even 1. This is pretty disappointing, the pie says " select " that's supposed to mean in Kroger lingo that it's better than the regular or average that you usually buy, not in this case. My advice go to a bakery and buy a real banana cream pie stay away from Kroger's fake pie. FYI. I dont feel to good after eating their anything but banana cream pie.

I love that the employees are ALL generally helpful. I was shopping today with 4 little kids(6 and under) and one of the employees even chased me down offering to help me get my cart out to the car. I have been to all the grocery stores in the area, even the other Kroger in the area, and THIS one is the only one that offers to help consistently. I generally decline but it’s always nice to have the offer extended and the smiling faces greet me!

Hill Rd Pick. Kroger is the worst in the area. Cashier experiences with one particular tall, woman with accent, is as rude as it gets. Why are people like that still there? Then, go to the "customer service" for anything and face the 30-40's something woman who snaps and snarls at customers. No fun shopping here!
