Our agent, Jim Petrosky, was wonderful. We had to clean out a condo before it could be sold and Jim helped us with each step. The steps included repairing the screen door, emptying the condo, cleaning the carpets and cleaning the empty condo. Once the condo was listed, it sold in a few days. We will be forever grateful to Jim and Howard Hanna realtors.

Had an absolute wonderful experience working with Jimmy! He is professional and very experienced. My mother passed away in January so I immediately contacted Jimmy to help me with selling her condo. I've know Jim for over 20 years, when it came time to sell our property he was the first person we thought of...his positive approach in putting our property on the market and his knowledge of providing the max. effect/strategy and selling price was greatly appreciated during this time.
