I recently had a very complicated issue regarding my vehicle being involved in a wreck, there were about 100 different moving parts to this issue, not to mention a 3rd party vendor that was very uncooperative, and Annie at Jana DellaFloras office absolutely went above and beyond to get this issue resolved with 100 percent satisfaction. Not only did she deal with all parties involved, from the tow company, storage yard, transport vendor, claims specialists, and customer care reps, Annie also checked in with me every couple of days, whether there was news or progress to report or not, she just checked in to tell me she was still on it. I couldn't be happier or more impressed with Annie's hard work and always friendly and upbeat attitude. Her attention to detail is second to none, and without her this issue never would have gotten straightened out. Thank you Annie, and Jana's entire office, I have been a customer there for over a decade, and will be there for a long time more, thanks again!!

Easiest way to buy insurance! I let Josh know I wouldn’t be available by phone very often due to my job, so he went through everything with me by email. Answered every question I threw his way. I was with GEICO since I was 18 years old and they just kept increasing my rate for no reason and then I bought a brand new car and the rate was outrageous. I bundled renters and car insurance with State Farm easily and hope to be with them for a long time! Thank you!!!
