“This is such a great hardware store and auto parts store. Whenever I don't want to drive to Reynoldsburg or Heath, they always seem to have what I need. They also honored the price on a Husqvarna trimmer I bought there. It was listed at the regular price, but they gave me the manufacturer discounted price. Also their Napa parts store is very helpful too. They have helped me find parts before, for my tractor to do maintenance on it. They also have friendly staff working here which seem to know where everything is located in the store.”

“First time I have ever been to a Harbor Freight. Felt like an in depth yet compacted Lowe’s/Home Depot tool section. Great variety and very clean. Picked up a grinder and belt sander that is working perfectly. Will be adding Harbor Freight into the mix next time I need some tools.”

“A little late posting after purchasing on 6-28-24... But a well deserved shout out!! After shopping at two discount warehouses and two other big box stores we decided to stop in at this Home Depot location. We went to appliances and were greeted by Joe right away. He asked if he could help us with anything and we said yes... looking for a "garage refrigerator"! He instinctively took us back and showed us several different models to pick from. We browsed with no high pressure, took our time shopping, he answered several of our questions throughout the process and helped us with setting up a "same day delivery" (which almost beat us back to the house, literally just a couple of hours later). We ended up with a "garage rated" Vissani 10.1 cu.ft. unit. Overall, surprisingly a great experience. Thank you Joe!!”
“Solid lowes location with typical lumber and hardware that you can expect from a lowes. My only knock is the location can be a bit rough, I always make sure my doors are locked. I use the app and verified my veterans benifit and get 10% off. There is a few times the prices in the store vary from prices online or on the app and everytime it has occurred, they honor the lower price. Last week I got a 200$ Metabo nail gun for 107 due to this.”

I called and let the phone ring until someone answered... 5 MINUTES the phone rang until someone finally answered!!! I let it ring this long just out of curiosity. They transferred me to the flooring department... to where I was hung up on... WOW... WTH.”

“I'm crying my eyes out as I leave this review. My oldest brother was diagnosed with lung cancer. He was starting chemo so I thought it would be nice to get him a lift chair. Around this time, my husband was fighting a terrible bout of Covid. I ordered my brothers chair via Menards website and thought it would take a while to arrive so I'd have time to take care of hubby. NOPE! That bad boy was there lightning fast. I called the store in a panic and spoke to a very kind gentleman named Tony. He assured me he would hold the chair. Today, my brother is moving into his forever home. I pray to God that he'll be there for a long time. I looked on the website, and it showed I was past the pickup time. My heart sank to the floor! His chair was gone! I called the store. I got a manager who located Tony and this amaaaaaazing human had held the chair! This kind of kindness and thoughtfulness guarantees we will continue to shop Menards! Thank you so much, Tony, for being a man of your word. May God bless you and yours! “I enjoy the small shop, they typically have everything I need. If you do need lumber or would for a project, I would not recommend but anything else, they are good to go. Veterans discount is as easy as showing ID. Prices can be a bit higher than you will find at lowes or homedepot.”
