Great customer service, ipad charger was stuck in the port. He charged 10$ and fixed it in 2 minutes.

I called for insight on needing a new screen for my iPad and the gentleman answering said it would cost more to repair then to replace. He also explained WHY it was so expensive. I value that kind of honesty and explanation in a business. 5/5
