The level of customer service at freedom pharmacy is 10/10. I never feel like I'm bothering anybody when I call in with a question. The prescriptions are always ready quickly and I always save 50% from using a retail pharmacy. I had a Rx for antibiotic. My provider sent it to a retail pharmacy by accident, and then corrected & sent it to Freedom Pharmacy. Freedom Pharmacy had it ready within the hour, the retail pharmacy had not even started processing it until the next day. Once again, the cost difference was 50% cheaper by eliminating the middle man and letting Freedom pharmacy fill it.

Freedom pharmacy is wonderful and where all people that are self-pay in the area should go to get their medications filled. The owner, Nate, is very caring and helpful. I appreciate this business so much.

I just saw your NBC article. 5 stars for having an amazing idea and actually helping people. What a wonderful idea. I wish we had one of these near me! My brother recently graduated with his Pharm D (hasn't started work yet). I just showed him this and he finds what you've done inspiring. Way to go Freedom Pharmacy! ? I recently had a prescription called into CVS that was going to cost me $116 for a 30 day supply. When questioned did my insurance not cover this, they replied “yes, they approved $240”. Called Freedom pharmacy and asked for pricing, and it is costing me less than $70 shipped. My jaw dropped! UNBELIEVABLE!! Thanks Nate and team. I’m sold!

I couldn't be happier than I am with Freedom Pharmacy. I recently had my puppy diagnosed with a terminal liver disease, and will need to treat him with medicine for the rest of his life.At Freedom Pharmacy, the prices of course beat what I pay at the vet (by half in some cases!!), and even what I could find in coupons other places.What really stands out to me is the personal attention and caring I received here. I'm not just dollar signs, I'm a person, friend, and a community member. I will be using Freedom Pharmacy for my dogs needs for life!

An excellent pharmacy that is keen on delivering a much higher quality pharmacy experience to the customer all while drastically lowering prescription drug costs. Using a unique model not found anywhere else, freedom pharmacy cuts out the middle man and delivers the quality prescriptions you need at a fraction of the cost to you, while maintaining that local pharmacy experience. They offer compounding as well here! I would give 6 stars if I could!
