Warning…….I went to ship a return to Sams club with a pre-paid label. I was informed that if I wanted to use a FedEx envelope & plastic mailer that I put the prepaid label into, that I would have to buy the envelope and plastic label holder. What kind of nonsense is this. It’s a FedEx shipping/drop location. I wasn’t asking for a generic envelope or document item, I could understand a cost/fee for that. But really FedEx, you want to charge me to use your proprietary items to ship thru youWalgreens on Hill Road, Pickerington, OH845pm, 19 Jan 2024

Should simply say, "located INSIDE Walgreens. I was at CVS and being told by GPS that I had arrived at my destination"Could not connect to a live person.

FedEx is the worst. Several times in the past, they delivered to the wrong house on other streets. Now they are too lazy to walk all the way to my front door. Yesterday, the driver tossed my package onto my porch damaging what was inside. Now, I will probably have to wait a few weeks to get a replacement. Hopefully FedEx won’t be involved with the replacement. You would think part a delivery driver’s job requirements would include the ability to read and ability to carry a package to a door.
